K. Erickson's review from the Amazon listing cracked me up:
> I feel there should have been more emphasis on the lower portion of the teddy bear. The photos mostly show a proportional torso and typically oversized head as is common in large, human-sized teddy bears. Where the emphasis is lacking is in the giant pendulous legs that haunt the lower two thirds of this stuffed freak bear. It appears to be some sort of bipedal giraffe bear hybrid. After we took him out of the box with my daughters, I expected it to hop up and sprint away down the street with a fingerless fist raised in victory. My daughter tries to hug the bear and she gets trapped in a serpentine mass of bear legs. She won't keep it in her room anymore because her friends won't visit because of the nightmares. Joyfay should sell some sort of amputation and patch kit for parents that want a more desirable short legged bear.
This is why you should see all the photos of a product before you buy. Check the listing on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Joyfay-Giant-Teddy-Bear-White/dp/B00580KX2W
These fuckers very deliberately hid the leg length in every photo, either through careful positioning, or by cropping the legs out entirely. But then, in the very last photo you see the truth, so they can tell customers "sorry, no refund, the legs are shown on the photos".
I shared your skepticism, looked into it and found that the original graphic is on ShutterStock, so I suspect this to be true.

I found the original. And here's their entire portfolio on Shutterstock. I think they're a non-native English speaker. Their English is good enough for these kitchy, Target-esque one-liners but every once in awhile they have a print that doesn't work, like "Explore world."
And here's the shutterstock link:

I think it would have been 199$ to license to license this image for merchandise use.
Here's another one made by a different company currently being sold on Amazon
The description says "great for everyday use" what the fuck
Regular rolls to exist and are smaller, I generally see them actually at the dollar / discount stores. http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/magazine/2015/08/the-dirty-little-secrets-of-toilet-paper/index.htm
The edges are kinda bad though
Edit: Found a similar version with a transparent background and better edges. It's also available in a lot of different sizes.
Edit 2: That link might look strange on the reddit app/mobile because it stretches the image. Try this one instead if that happens
It's a shutterstock model with tattoos shopped on. The before pic just has muscles and beard shopped off. Here are more 'Young handsome muscular man standing in blue water looking away.'
Edit: I misspelled 'tatoo'
My favorite is that the TSA paid $$336,414.59 to IBM to have them design an iPad app that tells passengers which line to go in. They later claimed that it cost only $47,000! I'm a shitty programmer and I could do this in literally five minutes.
Yes, grief porn. Go to this Amazon page and look through the 'customers also bought' section and you'll see how big and formulatic a genre it is.
I really can't imagine what people get from reading these books.
I think the faces have a potential to look nice, but the way they've done them is ugly. They should keep the flat colors where possible. I think Microsoft's emoji is a good example of how to do this right. Hell, just making the blobs round would be sufficient.
Someone did, quite a while ago. Because that version is the real version.

Yes but sometimes they put other functions in stupid places, my mother bought an MKC and couldn't figure out why the engine would die when she messed with the touchscreen radio controls:
They fixed that. Obviously, not a transmission issue persay but still incredibly bad design.
I own like 6 of these for just this reason. I don’t know what the top of this bottle looks like but there’s three different sizes and once a pump stops working I thread one of these things on and flip it over. MONTHS more use!

>Often, decals like this come with things rearranged to make the size of the sheet they are printed/die cut on smaller, because reducing the area of the material used reduces the cost. It is up to the user to re-arrange the pieces correctly, but in this case, it looks like they transferred it all on one go, skipping the step where you have to cut it apart and re-align it.
It is probably from an automated t-shirt distributor that searches for images, puts them on shirts and sells them without a human even checking what it looks like. These kinds of bots can screw up real good sometimes.
Ok, so the actual product indeed exists here
There are 40 designs, in varying flavours of horrid.
1,2,3,12,13,22,36,37,39, and 40 are all fine, photos on model.
7 and 15 are fine, photos of the dress off a model.
The rest come in 3 flavours of bad.
Nearly flat drawings of the pattern, this is the majority, an example being 4.
The monstrosity pictured occurs in about 6 different ones in a block.
There's also ones like 16 though, which while all photo, are the arms, dress, and head of different photos, stitched together. In fact I think the arms are from an adult possibly.
I guess they weren't happy with all the other grammatically correct ones.
Just a safety note: many of the old fabric jacketed cords used on irons and heaters had internal wire insulation made of asbestos. If you enjoy using your vintage iron, it should be carefully rewired with a modern high temperature HPN type iron cord set.
For removal, the easiest way to keep the asbestos from contaminating things is to get it wet and then place the cord in a plastic ziplock bag while you remove the end from the iron's internal connections or plug. Then you can just seal the bag and dispose of it. Be sure to wear gloves and a mask while doing the removal. And it should be done outdoors if possible.
You can get a pretty amazing detachable shower head for $25. This is the one I got on Amazon. It's totally worth spending $25 to up your shower experience and make sure you pressure wash your butthole. I like the occasional rimjob and I will reciprocate, but I want to make sure that butthole is clean. This gets the job done.
I saw it a year ago and created an issue in GitHub to report it, his textual response was:
>Thanks for letting me know, however it is on purpose, sort of a joke for all the other extensions that are proud to inform how many millions of users they have :)

the bookstores of American universities are independently owned/operated to the university, and in fact just license or are a reseller of materials from the university itself when it comes to branded gear.
They're known to overcharge for a lot of books. Consider that The C Programming Language costs $30 new for a copy. My university wants $50 for a used copy of an out of date printing that was based on a draft.
The professor of this class actively says "DO NOT BUY THE BOOK. I WILL PROVIDE YOU A PDF." Despite this, people still buy the book.
This semester, I bought a book for one of my classes on amazon because the bookstore was like "LOL IT'S OUT OF PRINT WE DON'T HAVE IT." This was inverse of the email (that was later claimed as "forged") from the instructor, forwarded from the bookstore, saying it was in stock. On top of that, they wanted $350 for a book that's $40 new.
This is mentioned in The Design of Everyday Things where older poorly designed buildings trapped people stampeding down the stairwells in an emergency and piling up in the basement because they failed to notice the exit door. Many fire codes now require a door or blocking bar to prevent panicked people from running into the basement during an evacuation.
It looks like you're missing a piece of the cupholder. I have this car, and there's a removable cupholder liner (I take it out for larger bottles, etc.) presumably so you can wash it. Then there's the larger, hard cupholder section which can also be removed to access wires and whatnot. The liner is smaller and grips the cups better.
In fact, here's the part I think you're missing: https://www.amazon.com/Red-Hound-Auto-Compatible-2005-2010/dp/B01H2SCK1E
Get a Package Disabler:
Install it, select the "Bloatware" filter, and disable everything. There is a noticeable difference in performance.
TIP: You MUST disable auto-update of the app. Google comes through and disables them every so often because Samsung complains. Disabling the auto-update blocks that.
I saw this post, and I knew it was my time to shine for r/beetlejuicing. I'd post it there myself, but I'm pretty sure that's against their rules.
Edit: yup, self-BJs are against rule 2.3
I have seen plenty of cutting boards that have a handle or hole for hanging on the outside of the gutter. This is crappy design.
As far as actually having a hole for draining the juices into a gravy or something, this design is common: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Deluxe-Spiked-Bamboo-Carving-Cutting/dp/B0015V5MU6. Basically you have a basin in the gutter and then a higher channel that you can use to drain from it.
I actually think this would be a fun discussion piece for good or bad design. Seems to be pretty divisive. Shame it's $50.
It's all in the way you spell the name.
(Also because I'd seen before I'll actually answer the question too)
>* Road (Rd.): Can be anything that connects two points. The most basic of the naming conventions.
>* Way: A small side street off a road.
>* Street (St.): A public way that has buildings on both sides of it. They run perpendicular to avenues.
>* Avenue (Ave.): Also a public way that has buildings or trees on either side of it. They run perpendicular to streets.
>* Boulevard (Blvd.): A very wide city street that has trees and vegetation on both sides of it. There’s also usually a median in the middle of boulevards.
>* Lane (Ln.): A narrow road often found in a rural area. Basically, the opposite of a boulevard.
>* Drive (Dr.): A long, winding road that has its route shaped by its environment, like a nearby lake or mountain.
>* Terrace (Ter.): A street that follows the top of a slope.
>* Place (Pl.): A road or street that has no throughway—or leads to a dead end.
>* Court (Ct.): A road or street that ends in a circle or loop.
She's using a pin-the-tail on the donkey app. You have to be blindfolded, and then you try to tap the right spot on the screen.
That's nice. Unfortunately builders usually just throw in the cheapest crap they can get away with as long as it looks passable. When home shopping it's a good sign that the previous homeowners actually cared about the home when I see good stuff: Delta, Moen, or similar.
Delta actually makes several like the image in OP, but had the foresight to make the end of the faucet the lowest point so if it drips it drips into the bowl. Such an easy fix to a shitty design choice. Example:

They can sell these because it should only be used for water cans ;)
I don't know your model truck, but if this bothers you, a company called Fumoto makes valves that replace your oil plug. Then you just flip a switch to drain. You can get a length of hose that runs from it to make things even cleaner. I was considering one for my car, but taking the oil filter off mine makes even more of a mess, so it wouldn't be much help.

Butter left out to presumably get soft is for bread which would typically be salted. You can also taste test it. Nope they’re meant to be like this. The longer earbud goes over your neck and the shorter one ensures that the microphone hangs near your mouth, and quick-disconnect in case the cord gets tugged. The 3.5mm jack connects into the microphone unit (which has a decent length cable on it) so that you can still use your own headphones with the microphone.
Well I thought it was ingenious harrumph
Here’s a similar pair I had on an old Amazon listing: Amazon

Maybe that's the reason why OP's version has Spanish flag.

Keep everything connected to one of these adapters and just connect the device to your laptop. It is essentially a breakout box and will make your life much easier. Not sure if that is the best one out there though.
Their continued research on the ordering of species and their development as an author eventually led them to tackle existential questions such as "do fish really exist???"
You need to find one that supports 3 amp charging. I have one of these and it works great. Something like the TOPGREENER brand outlets might be better if you are charging tablets.
Like I said, might as well not have a textbook at that point. Those half assed textbooks are probably way more expensive to "design", print, lacquer, bind, package and ship than it is to distribute an Ebook digitally. Hell in many instances, a computer or tablet is actually cheaper for a college student than a textbook is.
For instance as of me typing this, I can get This 10 inch ASUS Zenpad for less than half of the described price of that half assed textbook in question, which is far and away more capable and can serve as a multipurpose tool in a college environment. i.e. taking notes, recording schedules, keeping track of assignments, et cetera.
I'd say cut your losses at this point, textbook publishers.
Probably because whoever made it wanted you to enjpy drinking whatever was in it.

Oh, the glue? I thought you would get stuck on that.
On topic, I did huminatarian work in Haiti just few years ago, and once you have Mango fresh off a tree, nothing else is the same.
Also, had some of the best conch, goat, and other great dishes down in Haiti. You can't beat their French method sugar-cane rum, and the Rebo coffee is the one thing I always stock up on when I am down there. It only became available recently though Amazon, but the price is really high. That bag of coffee in Haiti I pay $3.50USD.
I thought it was some sort of Microsoft decision, to make Windows laptops user-friendlier, i.e. copying Macs where afaik the Fx-keys also work like this. Of course power users (those who need Fx-keys) have to suffer.
I have such a stupid Lenovo keyboard, but I change it in the BIOS and am not worried about it. For volume I use Volumouse, configured so I can change the volume by holding the right alt key and rotating the mouse wheel.

Also should have used more keywords because googling raper only gave me a list of rappers and rapists.
Yeah interestingly Samsung deviated from every other popular Emoji implementation: https://emojipedia.org/negative-squared-latin-capital-letter-b/
Its intended use case is to represent the B blood type, so I'm not sure why Samsung made it blue.
Ghostery sells your data, so I'd recommend RequestPolicy instead.
To me it was the best 2.1 under $100. You sacrifice a little bass for a lot more clarity.

This is the product if anyone cares. It has some excellently photoshopped pictures on it.

They did fix in in February... if they bother to update your phone.

I am lost for words. One school shooting is a big problem. 17 school shootings in 12 weeks would be a catastrophe of national proportions in any other country, but in America it is an "overhyped media" problem.

Thermal fuses are really cheap and very easy to integrate. I don't think it is even possible for them to import a heater without a thermal fuse into any developed/developing country.

That one is around 0.2$ per fuse and it is on Amazon. Imagine how cheap it would be for a Chinese manifacturer to buy tens of thousands of these in bulk, in China, where these things are produced.
I've spent far too much time on Reddit today (it's still my 'Saturday') and your post is by far the most important thing I've learned in my travels. Just purchased a box at Amazon.
From here: http://www.openculture.com/2015/03/the-story-of-lorem-ipsum.html

You control all infotainment navigation with this. It's pretty sweet.
Try this:
To disable Net Nanny temporarily: Press CTRL, ALT, and DELETE simultaneously, bringing up the task manager Highlight "Wnldr32" and click 'End Task'. This will kill Net Nanny until the next time you restart your computer.
I found it on Amazon. Heroes and Villains themed deck. It appears there's a whole series of these kinds of cards with different character focuses (theres one that is all Jokers, all Batman, Superman, Flash, all villains, etc) or different DC eras. There's some Marvel ones too.
A lot of buildings in Vietnam look like this because, the property tax is calculated by the width of the street front.
Ya, this is the emoji in question Face With Rolling Eyes. You can see how this is a reasonable emoji to have. And all the current versions of this emoji convey the message pretty well.
The issue is with the fact that Samsung at some point made the emoji look nothing like what it was intended to be https://emojipedia.org/samsung/touchwiz-7.1/face-with-rolling-eyes/
They have since fixed that, but the phone OP's friend is using hasn't been updated.

I was having a little trouble visualizing it in my head, as well, after running it half way, so I tossed together some code just to be sure it actually worked (probably not the best code ever).

Yes it's real
I bought this set a few years ago and love them. I paid under $100 on Black Friday on Amazon for a block, chef’s knife, small chef’s knife, pairing knife, bread knife, scissors, and steel. The value can’t be beat in my opinion. Obviously the chef’s knife is the one I use by far the most and it is pretty damn good.
