You should download Google Opinion Rewards.
All you have to do is answer survey questions to earn credit that can be used in the Play Store. I have earned nearly $200.00 over the course of a few years.
Take a look at WiFiAnalyzer, it's 4.96 MB. Open-Source, it's free, no ads, and it's great.
Looks like the features are equal, so it comes down to personal preference at this point.
Nova has changed the icon and description to reflect the offer price. But the price still is ₹150. Seems like play store is processing the deal.
Keep an eye guys, these are gonna be the best ₹10 you'll spent!
Edit : Screenshot
Edit 2: IT'S LIVE! Happy Dhanteras everyone!
Edit 3: Poweramp is also ₹10! Be sure to check that out!
this developer is awesome, been using it from a year or 2
i have all purchased its Simple Thank You app for more support
Simple Gallery Pro
Simple Calendar Pro
Simple File Manager Pro
Simple Notes Pro
Simple Contacts Pro
Simple Draw Pro
All are good, simple and open source. Also available on F-Droid. On Play can be interesting for Family.
If you like them can donate to developer, for instance here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplemobiletools.thankyou
The open-source and free WiFiAnalyzer does pretty much all of this as far as I can tell. Are there any particular extra features in this app?
I don't believe for one second that any of these apps' no-log policy is true. I read that no VPN with a single lifetime purchase should be trusted, and that makes sense to me (unless it's something like ProtonVPN which has been extensively reviewed, I guess).
Thats the longest package name I have seen: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=iphone.x.launcher.pro.stylish.iphonex.no_ad.iphone7.iphone8.ios11.ios10themes.wallpaper.iphone6s.iphone8plus.apple
I use a free app called Pixel Filter which I would recommend over this.
It seems to have more features, including auto activation based on the time, Tasker integration, and it automatically shifts the pattern on your screen every variable amount of time to prevent burn-out of the lit pixels.
The dev also has the following ones for free, but I submitted them yesyerday:
The company is a strange one, their other game (under a slightly different developer spelling) goes up in price for a day, goes on sale to the price it already was then comes off sale and drops back to the price it was when it was on sale. This is the same game by the look of it.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=programming.progressive.zeldania&hl=en

Other packs on sale that are below the 1,000 threshold:
Boekt Icon Pack - normally $0.99
M A M B O Icon Pack - normally $0.99
One of the best icon designers on Google Play. Vertumus has offered just about all of his icons for free. I think the only one left is Omoro.
For some reason the erosion Link didn't work for me, in case it doesn't work for anyone else, here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.osheden.erosion
... Or alternatively search erosion in the play store, it won't be the first result, swipe over a bit
This app looks like a clone of this converter by Digit Grove or maybe it's the other way around? The one I linked has a more recent update (even the exchange currency) and comes free by default. IIRC, the "about us" page of Pega pro version links to Digit Grove's email.
I'm using Keepass2Android Password Safe that's compatible with Keepass file and works with file in cloud: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=keepass2android.keepass2android
Keepass2Android Offline is the offline version for local database: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=keepass2android.keepass2android_nonet
Both are free and without ads.
I would recommend Wifi Analyzer for this, at least it's free and open source, and it works well. It's also available on F-Droid.
Yes, there are likely to be similarities between apps that do the same thing, but... This app feels like a ripoff of Farproc's Wifi Analyzer which has been out for years. Look at the design choice for the various graphs - it's too similar to be a coincidence.
Well, seeing as how most of their apps are S(#) themed and this app blatantly stole its icon from Moonrise Icon Pack, I'd say this dev is taking the scammy/spammy approach with their apps.
Something's wrong with the link for me.
I would really prefer an open source well known app like Audio Recorder for that kind of things. Audio Recorder has a lot more options btw.
In case anyone is interested, on unrooted phones there are better choices:
Apps = Google already knows which apps you installed, you can go back to your Play Store listing and do it.
SMS = Use the below mentioned SMS Backup+
Call Logs = Use the below mentioned SMS Backup+
Applied Wallpapers = Does anyone need this?
I would rather use the free and more useful:
SMS Backup+: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zegoggles.smssync&hl=en
Edit: FYI: The SMS Backup+ IAP is only for donations.
Edit 2: As /u/Purple10tacle pointed out below Google even restores AppData (configurable option).
One other thing that one needs to keep in mind is the privacy aspect. I rather trust Google and maybe some open-source app rather than these paid apps used only by 1000 people.
Doesn't seem trustworthy...
I'd trust installing a game or app with no permission requirements from such a dev... not a file manager.
Flix Icon Pack is currently on sale for free, down from $0.99.
Down side is that it doesn't include many icons at the moment. I posted it here since submissions for apps below 1,000 downloads are no longer allowed. I asked here if doing something like this would be allowed and got the okay.
From the reviews:
>Why is the title of the app called ML Manager when you launch it? Did you use his code?
>
>Dodgy... Stolen from ML Manager?
And the screenshots look pretty similar to ML Manager ones.
Grinding is part of the game, so do not buy if grinding isn't your thing. It is all about maximizing efficiency.
The IAPs are under a tab called FORBIDDEN, and are not in anyway pushed upon you.
He even had a nice message: https://imgur.com/gTWmpEX.jpg
His other app I sunk 30+ hours on is Dungeon Defense and has the same IAP method.
Check out r/dungeonmaker
App also gets updated weekly, sometimes daily.
I'm gonna go a step further and recommend Mupen64 FZ.
It gets updated quite often and runs a lot better than the regular one.
Mhhh, looks like a much more limited version of IF by IFTTT - any reason to pick this over the other?
Also, this Hook unlock isn't account-bound and won't survive a re-install or switching devices.
Or you could get my app for free which does the same thing!
No ads and cheap premium IAP only if you want auto-background updating or custom themes.
Smells like a scam to ride on good a reputation of another app. This one has ~50K installs.
The original and good "ACR" with +10M installs is at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr
and it usually costs $2/2€, over 100K bought https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr.license
> but then again neither does Google these days.
You are right.
About the developer:
Btw, In case If you don't know, this developer has one of the best material design inspired icon packs that gets regular updates and has ~4.4k+ icons.
It will ask you for a payment method, but it's still $0.00. If you don't want to enter any credit card information, install the Google Opinion Rewards app and use that as your "payment method". Plus, with that installed, you could be asked to take surveys and get some small amounts of money, which you could use in the future to pay for any apps you want.
I saw Friendly get some hype yesterday, have you tried that one?
I had been using Swipe Pro for a long time, and was quite happy with it, but recently it seems to have died.
One more paid VR game https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Ryan.LawstVR and an app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Ryanupinhere.RyansCommissionCalculator from the same developer are free right now
On a side note, what the fuck is wrong with this guy.. On almost all of the packs linked here, this guy does nothing but complain and give negative reviews
5d Parallax Wallpaper it's a copy of Hologram Backrounds, it even uses the same icon in the screenshot, and the same screenshots!
Seems shady, I would not install this.
Dev here. Feel free to ask any questions. If you have feature requests take a look on trello first since most things have already been requested and are on the list. Thanks!
Mysterious application. It was released to the Market right away in version 5.1 Someone write to the developer, is this his application for sure? For, it looks more like the original: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keerby.formatfactory
my point is exactly as I said. It's a generic name for a generic app. Here, let me Google it for you: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=%22Music%20Player%20Pro%22
edit: here's another Music Player Pro app with TEN MILLION installs, maybe the app you posted is copying it? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=audio.mp3.music.player
This one is likely (among) the best:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.com.griffgriffgames.minesweeper
Also check this one out:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.daniellasry.datacube
It looks like he is--the free apps say they're "depreciated" and when someone on the paid app called him out for moving to the new model, the dev mentioned being able to download the suite of paid apps for free through the at-the-time promotion.
Also, the free versions are now incompatible with all of my devices out of the blue.
If anyone is looking for a free/open-source cross-platform solution that does not rely on any cloud, take a look at Syncthing.
(I have not tried FolderSync Pro, I can't tell you about it.)
The first screenshot shows 2 currencies, gold and gems.
There's also a + sign next to them meaning you can buy them with real money
Second screenshot shows the team, and you can see 5 stars under each character, which hints at some sort of gacha and upgrade mechanic
Another screenshot of the character sheet shows several icons below the character that look like buffs.
Hard pass..
Here's the Free version btw: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ssicosm.dungeon_princess_2_free
>Difference between paid/free ver.: Ad-free
This game doesn't seem like anything special so you aren't missing much. I downloaded it, and it's just a typical tapping game where you tap the screen to get money, and then upgrade your abilities to get more per tap.
It's been done better, and for free.
What's exactly the difference between these two apps? Seem the same..and the same person who makes it.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=luo.gpsspeed_pro
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=luo.speedometergpspro
~~Free icon pack~~
Submitted this post, but it doesn't meet the 1,000 download requirement.
Edit: Icon pack may have gotten pulled from the play store. For context, I'll leave this post up instead of fully deleting/editing It in case the app goes live again.
As predicted here:
Oddly enough, at least in Germany, Ultimate Guitar Tabs & Chords is not (yet) discounted.
Well, the spotlight is still showcasing last weeks "App Deal of the Week" so this still has time until tomorrow.
The screen shots look virtually identical to another app they offer, White Noise Pro. Why do they do this? I'm genuinely curious.
If you are following this sub, only Snow - Zooper & KWGT should be the new addition. The others have been free before.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fidroid.snow.zooperandkwgt
Hijacking top comment to gave a shout out to this music player app if you still haven't heard of it:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.krosbits.musicolet
It's free and NO ADS. Can have lyric embedded, edit file tag, theme etc. A lot better than most paid music player app.
ACR pro has been solid for years for me. Samsung S7 Android 7.0. Recording while muted works fine with automatic settings version a in my phone. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr
I would recommend the original: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxgames.ageofwar1
Or the sequel: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxgames.aow2
Both are free, and way better than this junk.
Yes.!! You can do it in marshmallow, too. But, the point is an app should not ask unnecessary permissions. ( Or by adding unnecessary features to justify permissions) . Also It doesn't follow ' ask permissions when you open the app' guidelines. It is asking all permissions when you click 'Install' button even on android 6+ devices.
Also It's similar to A dark room & A Dark dragon AD , they don't ask so many permissions.
The main game a dark room , doesn't ask any permissions at all !
Telegram is using weak, homemade crypto.
You should use Signal instead.

If anyone else is an idiot, like me, and wants instructions, install the Disney app Play Store Link and connect it through the Disney app.
Alternative: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.visorapp.visor and https://www.visorapp.net/
> Visor – Magnifier App for the Visual Impaired > > Visor was developed in close cooperation with visually impaired people.
Visor doesn't need to record audio neither needs access to the network.
This dev just cranks out loads of volume boosters and equalizers, look at their list and you'll see 14 or more apps with minor tweaks that all do the same thing. Seems like a money grab more than an attempt to create a quality app.
I would recommend Wavelet over these apps. Wavelet is made by the same developer that created Viper4Android and they have an extensive amount of background knowledge about what is required for these types of apps to perform optimally.
Hey, this app is stolen from an open source app. You can find original app here in fdroid or here on playstore, free of ads and tracking!! Please report this app by clicking 3 dots on top right and report for copycat.
There was an app called Klyph that had paid pro version (still in Play - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.abewy.klyph.pro ) that was years ahead official client and actually wasn't simple wrapper but the developer abandoned it because constant API changes that made it impossible to maintain the app. Back then it was amazing, much faster, nicer and more polished than official app but Facebook really tried hard to make it pain in the ass with their API politics.
Found GOW ( Get Off Work ) on sale for free (from $0.99) in the list of suggested apps.
Like so many of these deals, I don't know if I would actually recommend the game/app, but free is free and maybe somebody out there will enjoy it.
It's a huge friggin game, btw, sitting at 523MB base size. And who knows how much space it might take up after installation.
I just made this IFTTT to get a pushbullet notification when icon packs are posted here if anyone else is interested in using it.
👋 This is one of our games; thanks for posting!
One of our other mobile RPGs we're working on a sequel to, Cyber Knights RPG, is 70% off right now too: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tresebrothers.games.cyberknightselite
I won't accuse any of the two developers. I love the work of both of them. I use Moxy icon pack by Patryk Goworowski and Minimal O icon pack by JustNewDesigns.
Is this malware as the reviews suggest? Also, the screen grabs look identical to those for the free app Equilizer FX except for the software name. What kind of morally bankrupt loser steals someone else's free app and tries to charge money for it?
There is a free, ad-supported version as well. It was one of the very first apps to correctly report the SafetyNet status back in August when Google changed the API, and it was a must-have for users who rely on SafetyNet until topjohnwu fixed the native check in Magisk Manager.

I don't see any other difference between both versions.
Here's an earlier thread about this same app, from the last time it was on sale about a month ago:
https://www.reddit.com/r/googleplaydeals/comments/9qf4t4/apps_wifi_analyzer_premium_299_149/
This app appears to draw heavily from (ie copy) many aspects of Farproc's Wifi Analyzer which has been out for years. Yes, there's only so many ways to design a Wi-Fi analyzer, but this "premium" app uses many key design elements from Farproc's older and well-established standard.
So I bought this to support the developer, I'm pretty sure it started out as just one guy from Korea. Anyways just as I expected, the IAPs are under a tab called FORBIDDEN, and are not in anyway pushed upon you.
He even had a nice message: https://imgur.com/gTWmpEX.jpg
His other app I sunk 30+ hours on is Dungeon Defense and has the same IAP method.
Mother of god but that UI is horrible. I'm glad i didn't pay 4.50 for that. Shit looks like it was designed 10 years ago. It's unusable.
If you're looking for a good remote app for transmission, look at tornado.
It's a good app to transfer files, messages, links, Notifications to the devices connected on same WiFi network. You can also Transfer files by creating WiFi-hotspot on one device and connect other devices to that WiFi-hotspot.
Pro version can also send SMS and manage phone calls from devices that are connected on same network.
I mainly use it to transfer files & message/link to my other devices (PC, android tablet). SHAREit, Xender, Zapya are bloated and ask unnecessary permissions and have ads. This app doesn't have ads. If you don't need pro features, you can always use Basic version of this app which is free. It also has native app for windows, linux, MacOS.
Edit: Pro version has sms, contacts, phone permission, because It is required for managing phone call & sms features. Basic version doesn't have those extra features and It only ask storage and wifi permissions. So there are no unnecessary permissions.
Well, I can't seem to tell what the difference is between this and its free version since both seem to have ads and IAPs and the exact same description.
I don't think this is ever sold for $14.99 for more than a few days, it's pretty much always on sale - often even lower.
And it sucks! Boy does it suck. I think I paid 99 cents for it when I bought it and it's effectively useless. The text recognition is bad enough (and absolutely not what I expected from an ABBYY product) but even if it were to recognize most of it, it's simply incapable of bringing it into a useful format.
Manually typing in the information from the business card is faster and easier that dealing with this crap, I'm not kidding.
I ultimately picked up CamCard and that's a massive difference. It's not perfect, but it actually works and saves some time.
It covers the whole screen to prevent others peeking, which is not helpful to you either. BlackBerry recently launched Privacy Shade which is essentially the same concept but much better. Sadly it's only available for BB devices.
https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/the-path-ahead-major-news-updates-for-console-mobile.47156/ and here https://terraria.org/news if you scroll down. They are rebuilding/rewriting the app from scratch due to what they learn in console terraria development and it should make for better player experience and ease of updates for devs.
Easiest to get a host file from https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts
Doesn't matter where you put it, just open the app and tap "select hosts file", then go to where you downloaded it and select it.
Oh can you add this to the list? It's another Square Enix title.

Under "Additional Information" you'll see " Eligible for Family Library ". If you don't see it let me know.
You can get Google Play credits EZ with the Google Opinion Rewards app then you don't have to have a pay option except the few cents you have in "Google Account Credit."
Yeah. I got confused since I own the real one. This is some "Crash of Playerunknown :Call of royale" nonsense. Install at your own risk.
Yeah, it appears to be a clone of Turbo editor. Also the developer's other apps look like clones or garbage apps(I'm looking at you "hack for clash or clans 2017 prank")
After lots of try, best (and free) I could find of app of this kind is this (need root + Xposed): https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-fake-gps-t3444064
Main feature is: "All location providers are supported (network, GPS, fused)" , thus can fake for everything, even Google apps and other hard to. That is possible thanks to xposed. Exception are apps that check IP location (for that you can use VPN).
Another more regular app that I considered ok is this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blogspot.newapphorizons.fakegps
Maybe these can help someone frustrated with the app on sale.
So… A variation of Canabalt?
EDIT: I tried it. It's built using Unity, has some 3D effects, but the framerate is atrocious. Go play Canabalt instead.
If you want to have a Google Play Store account, then you need to have a valid credit card (or similar) attached. But free offerings WILL be free!
PS, Purchasing: Earn Google Play Store credits (money on account) via the Google Opinion Rewards app. Since March 9, 2017, I've earned $64.37, which has purchased $60.58 worth of apps. Just sayin'...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.paidtasks
PS, Book Sales: Certain adult and other joke books are also on sale. Yeah, they're typically crap. But just sayin'...
Really?
here is the oldest one I've used long ago by farproc, same UI, same stars page, same history page, 95% similar to all others. maybe this app has 1 extra feature?
Free, but ad-supported version also available:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=games.paveldogreat.fluidsimfree
this is really useful for seeing everything that's on sale or free. I come here mostly for the comments to see if any of these games/apps are worth my time.
I think it's also suspicious that there's a similar app called WiFi Mouse Pro by the same developer under a different profile name. It reminds me of the recent posts about VPN apps with generic names and designs that are temporarily free.
I think all of this person's icon packs are on sale. I'm kind of digging this one, which I have never heard of before. Thanks, u/Mr_SeLeNiO!
There is a free ad-supported version. The gameplay is very Binding of Isaac but not nearly as fleshed out as BoI. All in all a damn fun game, especially for a dollar!
Free version: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.revampedpro.theslimekingtower
Lowest price
Sale ends in 7 days
I have decided to add 'Regional Pricing' column to the lowest price list, so it would be helpful if people from their respective countries post prices for their currencies below.
EDIT: Be sure to grab Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition too if you haven't as the sale ends in less than a day.
For the Dragon Ball fans, Sphere Icon Pack from the same dev is also free. However, some things just shouldn't become icons.
In fact, they are exactly the same icons. I popped open both apks and cross-checked the actual png files to confirm this.
Also, this "dev" seems to have ripped off Vpn Hosts with this app. I didn't cross-check them cause I didn't want to go through the process of paying and refunding the $2.49 he's charging for it, but the fact that both Play Store links contain "com.github.xfalcon" (xfalcon is the name of the original Vpn Hosts developer btw), that's proof enough for me.
Both developers have already been notified (Fraom has responded on his Google+ page), but everybody, please report this "developer" and their stolen apps.
(This is a perfect example of how sharing apps with no downloads/reviews or apps that are questionable can result in some good. Had this not been shared, who knows how long the thieving developer might've gone unnoticed.)
Those would be simply widgets, so you'd be better served with something like Bubble Cloud Widgets + Folders, which should be better suited to what you need. Haven't used the one for phones, but I do have the one for Android Wear, and it's pretty awesome.
