> Please don't spend money. The prices are outrageous!
Rational people won't spend 1k+ crowns to speed up a single building, but freemium games don't make their money from rational people.
It's generally accepted that freemium games target whales, as they get the majority of their revenue from them.
Honestly, I've played a bunch of other freemium games. Many of them (like CoC) don't give you nearly as many opportunities to earn in-game currency without paying real money as Dominations does. I find the battles in Dominations are actually fun and you can progress without spending real money as long as you play a little bit here and there.
I concluded Telus is blocking it at least on my account for some reason. Used a Bell SIM in both phones (they're both unlocked) and it worked great on both despite the Note 2 being non-LTE.
Installed PureVPN to hide my traffic from Telus: works great now if I'm connected to a VPN. Just takes two extra taps to enable the VPN before I want to play if I'm on mobile.
I contacted Telus to ask why they're blocking it or at least why it won't work for me on their network and they just told me to contact the developer. That was just through their Facebook chat, though, not Tech Support.
Wish I figured this out earlier as I've been unable to play on mobile for over a year.
You can't, apparently.
What you can do is use something like Island and sign up with a different Google account (assuming you're on Android, no idea about iOS)
