Do you have a phone to exchange? Honestly I think you can get around 5k-8k discount on an older flagship or sell it on OLX and then buy.

would be a good choice; although it doesn't have newer processor, the GPU inside is way faster than the competition(855+). The charging tech inside is VOOC so heating during charge is a non issue. 120Hz screen would look nice although I think BGMI will be capped at 60fps..
If you wanna spend that extra cash, try getting low latency tws and a fan that straps on to your phone(not the semiconductor one)
What are the other uses of this phone? Like will you stream the game or do you like taking photos etc?
Realme does have a little bit of bloatware which you can remove thru ADB, if you want I can share the commands later on as I use a similar device(from Oppo)
