I recommend checking out /r/android as well as this post.
Bacon Reader is pretty good Reddit app. I can't remember the name of the other popular one.
Drastic is a Nintendo DS Emulator which is pretty cool.
John GBC Lite is a Gameboy Color Emulator (you can find pretty much any pre-2009 handheld and pre-2000 console emulator).
Duolingo is great if you want to learn languages and it works seamlessly with your browser.
Evernote is fantastic.
GasBuddy is nice if you're travelling.
NovaLauncher is a good way to be able to spruce up your theme.
Themer is more user friendly but less flexible and has some really cool themes.
Spaceteam is an awesome multiplayer game that you can play with people over bluetooth or wifi and it cross iOS too I think.
I don't really have that many crazy apps.
I really like List- Daily Success Checklist. It got me to form the habit of flossing!
I was looking for the same.
Daily checklist is ugly as sin (it's impressively ugly) but is free and does the job for me. Tasks can be set to be daily or you can pick days. Divide tasks by goals. And gives you stats on achievement rates.

I'm on Android, and the one I use is List: Daily Checklist, but there are many others that are similar.
I have the same problem. Here are some suggestions that may work.
Obviously this isn't a comprehensive list. I'm currently reading a book about CBT techniques. The wiki also has some CBT suggestions.
You are not the only one who suffers from this. You are not alone. We all want to be normal - whatever that is. Please remember that. :)
