Point 1) The game is Magic Puzzle Quest, so it's not like it's a completely unconnected product.
Point 2) If you teams to stay Pure and True To The Game then you can put up the cash to keep them that way. You can't eat integrity or use it to pay the rent.
Point 3) I submit to you as examples of this being fine even if it was something not directly related to Magic literally every other major sport currently played, digital or physical.
I'd argue that green would actually be her secondary colour, if any. Green is very much about acting on instinct. This seems to be something Chandra likes to do quite often. The rest of the order seems about right though. (R > G > W > U > B)
EDIT: Now that I think about it, in the Magic: Puzzle Quest game she starts off as mono-red, then gains green, and finally becomes Naya. This seems to support the R > G > W theory.
Magic: Puzzle Quest is a thing - if they are willing to invest in and experiment with alternate versions as different from original MtG as this, than nothing is off the table.
I've recently read a breakdown by Maro as to his expectations about how likely this or that is in near future for MtG
'Changes to MtG core ruleset' or something like that was in the likely category.
I expect that whatever comes down the pipeline as part of their Magic Digitial Next initiative will be their response to rising popularity of alternate TCGs. Their recent press release on it, mentioned branching out in new worlds, game modes, ways to play.
MtG as a franchise has left tons of unexplored space - I could easily see interesting variations with MtG in Strategy/RPG genre like Etherlords or single player campaigns in Hex.
And those variants could pick and choose what they take from core MtG.
They would not be the first table top franchise to go wide with their IP - look at last decade of Games Workshop's Warhammer computer games.

Greatly thanks for yet another weekend! A lot of fun, sun and hot coffee and chill in mind, hugs!
Also wanna remind my plea to review Magic:Puzzle Quest and make it popular'er, not so much p2w, always online match3 + ccg. Recently found everyone who play is slightly pro, making the game hard (in a good way), so we lack fresh player base to farm (uh, that sounds bad, but in this game, users by just playing, makes challenges to everyone around, younglings lose nothing, but that could help everyone around in some fresh ideas and quests). thx
final game link btw, f2p (with a lot paid and some in game earned boosters, can be played without spending a penny for a lot), require constant internet connection. Whole game is constantly updated with free expansions. Not easy to learn (tutorial is big meh), but overall, very big and deep game with a lot of fun. Latest crossover on meme is just an expansion to base mtgpq with theme of the very beginning of the loop.
magic the gathering puzzle quest
(f2p, online all the time (all against server-side ai), meh tutorial that teach nothing, a lot OPTIONAL p2w in menus, NO ads, stamina system only for very early game, game grows quite slowly, but its very big over time)
dunno if close enough, but once ive played pfii, i switched to mtgpq - more match 3 than selecting tile on board to do thing, but still, you need to make 3 into some spells n stuff (even with a lot of pay2boost stuff, im fine with f2p for long time already)
its on the list already, but whatever
> MtG:Puzzle Quest match3 puzzle quest mixed with card collecting battles, playing since very begining of this year, full free (even if the game have ffffton of p2w boosters) and still have a lot of fun daily.
Magic the Gathering Puzzle Quest.
Getting new cards and building new decks gets more fun as you go along. There's weekly events (vs AI or pvp) and the story mode is well worth it. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.d3p.olympic
There are a handful of similar games in the Puzzle Quest series, which Gems of War was inspired by. I recently tried their Magic the Gathering spinoff and it's not too bad, although it was better when you used to get three cards at a time when opening free packs. There's also a Marvel based one, an Adventure Time one, and their standard game. That last link is to the sequel because I can't find the original.
almost good bot 5/6 accurate, but 1 into 4 totally wrong, overall: much confusion 2/10
Once again, im asking for MTG PQ review to increase playerbase
also once again simon tatham's puzzle collection (many in one, free with no ads, same games as many other popular cashgrabs around)
and plato similar above but multiplayer often pvp table games
Oxxo paid

some recommendations... hmmm, store fail with these as always - https://play.google.com/store/search?q=friday&c=apps :)
Not in app, but i bet it was on allmighty tldr review at the beginning of previous year - MTG Puzzle Quest](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.d3p.olympic) - puzzle quest + magic the gathering rpg.
Just noted, there's no BloonsTD link to newest, paid oneseries game review in app yet, even f2p link to latest f2p games from the series;
Simon Tatham's Puzzles - minimalistick pack of many more or less common puzzle games, from sudoku, slither, dominoes, tents, etc, looks ugly, but thats not the point.
A Planet of Mine some space colony strategy, a lof of humour and quality.
maybe some very old classic Tiny Dice Dungeon; turn based risk click and collectable monsters.
everything else i currently have, its from You... thx :)
mtg pq maybe? the biggest deck building game ever mixed with puzzle quest match 3
A little late to this but have you tried Magic: Puzzle Quest? It was the last one I played that I quite liked.
