Well. There's something like that on the play store for android:

Map for Game of Thrones
Greetings fellow GoT fans! A friend and I, developed an app called, Map for Game of Thrones, for iOS and Android. Besides the interactive Game of Thrones Map we have a really cool feature: Episode Recap. You will be able to go through all the scenes of an episode. For each scene you will see its location on the map, the characters in that scene, a synopsis and even the full transcript of the scene. The app is free, with a small banner on the top. We also have an ad-free version called Map for Game of Thrones PRO priced at 1$. Both are full featured, so you won’t miss anything even with the free version. We are working hard to bring a lot of other cool features to the app, so check back often :)
