Does the Android version (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.endspacevr) use the daydream controller, or do you need a separate gamepad controller?
Minos Starfighter (ex Endspace VR) supports playing without a controller and with automatic firing.
But tons of headsets, even less cheap ones, have no capacitive buttons. Most of us buy some very cheap Bluetooth controllers like the VR Park and clones that have a mouse emulation mode.
Another VR game with gamepad support that I've found is End Space, it costs one buck and has 4.5 stars rating.
I did not try it myself yet, will do that tomorrow.
App Store Optimization
Hello reddit,
I've had 40 000 views now on my app store page for my game End Space VR
But to date only 700 something downloads on the Play Store. I am looking for some help to optimize my Play store landing page to convert more visitors to buyers.
Please have a look and offer some advice on what I can improve. (Play Store Link)[https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.endspacevr]

It seems okay to me... But keep in mind that, for a premium app, you'll always get less download from the Play Store than the App Store !
Anyone here willing to test this for me? I have a app on the Play Store End Space VR for Cardboard that I released for Google Cardboard and am really curious if using this app would allow GearVR users to play my game as well.
I've spent alot of time scouring around looking for just what your looking for....it seems the the tend is to build "turrent shooters" on rails like "Gun Jack" https://www.oculus.com/experiences/gear-vr/969815736436279/
then you have have "End Space" which is avaible on the occulus store or "considberly cheaper cough" for card board and plays just fine but pisses me of becuase while you do actually fly around it's still "look to shoot" which is BS i want to look around my cockpit. https://www.oculus.com/experiences/gear-vr/941837879186570/ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.endspacevr&hl=en https://www.youcanfinditevencheaperifyouranasswholethatdoesntwanttosupportdevelopershardwork.com
Then you have islands in the sky V2.2 and is really a decently lwell thought out game. and what it lascks in some areas it makes up in others. you freely look around the cockpit and controly the ship indepently although the right stick is not used for rolling instead its on the bumpers which is my only big grip. needs more polish but FPS are high as hell and you have to side load which if your not side loading by now your missing out aout on about 200% of the free content available content for your headset http://sideloadvr.com/detail.php?id=6 http://www.archiactevents.com/teams/112
The next two are in the concept section of the store and so im not surprised if anyone missed them.
Schwein MMU Demo while technically not a space shooter i included becuase you are piloting a craft with guns mounts on the front of it that float around in space and moves around in a 360. pretty much close enough for anyone who enjoys the "genrae"<----i know i spelled that wrong :) Schwein reminds me of the old PC game "Decent" if your old enough to remeber lan partys at your local highschool or colledge playing durring lunch or after class. and unlike other titles i've include is more like piloting a giant gyo-sphere with guns that carries it's momentum....deffinatly an experience to be had. the basic premise is your in a space statation and move from section to section defeating bad guys and collect differnt colored key cards to unlock the next secttion. it's well polish and with the press of a button you can lock and unlock the loock to aim carmea so you can play it either way you perfer the first and only game i know to do that.... other it is the only game that the gun axis is not lock to the ship axis.... so you can fire in one direction and fly in another and roate in a 360 while rolling at the same time ... this game can make your head spin and it's not becuase of poor fps its becuase all the degrees of freedom of moverment you have. https://www.oculus.com/experiences/gear-vr/1228338660532183/
StarFighter Arduxim Demo is by far my favorite game on the list. dont let the "demo" scare you off it has a full 10 stage Campaign and a practice level with level selcet with increaseing diffuclties waves of enemy fighters to fend off. it has voice acting and beuituful detailing. Freelooking cockpit controls that you look at to engage. upgradable wepons systems, way points, space sations, docking and take offs, warping and highscoring for completed levels with leader board. this game sets the bar and will leave the others wanting and leave you wanting more.... it will be the one game that when the full version is realeased i will be forking out the cash for and i dont do that often. https://www.oculus.com/experiences/gear-vr/1164460086899321/
Hope i've been alittle helpful :)
My game End Space rated one of the better games on the Play Store.
