As in just disable the app drawer? You can get a third party launcher like Nova and hide the button for the app drawer (though remember to enable adding icons to home screen on install) or if you want to go no app drawer at all, something like MIUI goes that route.

Sorry I'm wrong. You can disable the app drawer with nova but you'd have to drag each app to the homescreen manually which sucks.
