I use mine every time I lead. There are several apps available for free or one time purchase. Before my current church I was manually scanning music as an image and using MobileSheets I believe.
I've been trying out Mobile Sheets recently which allows you to import a pdf and then attach a midi or mp3 to each movement.
It take a bit of getting used to and you'll need to download and attach the sound files manually, but once you've got it setup it works ok.
There is an 8 piece limit to the free version and then it's about £10 to purchase. I've been working with it in rehearsals too but haven't yet made the leap to using for performance as that would be a bit beyond my risk appetite.
Works well on anything around 10 inches and upwards...
I'm looking at the Plus for use as a digital music folio. The 3:2 ratio and the pen to markup charts is a major plus over most 16:9 tablets which don't make full use of the screen when displaying PDF charts.
Anybody tried MobileSheets on either of these devices?
I'm tired of carrying around binders full of ~~women~~ music everywhere I go, but the 10" screen of most tablets is just too small and the $900 price point of the iPad Pro is tough to swallow (plus, I hate iOS)
MobileSheets for Android and Windows 10, forScore for iOS. Note that they are quite expensive for mobile apps, at 13 and 11 €.
You can check the User's Manual of MobileSheets to see if you're interested in the features. It's 161 pages long.
And there's a free version of MobileSheets with some limitations in number of songs, but everything else is in there.
