I don't know if you can set up reminders but you can add 1-10 ratings and use tags to see how you feel, multiple times a day. Don't know if it has a reminder function though.
Mint helps me remember to pay bills and shows me what debts I'm trying to get rid of.
For savings/shopping, I kind of like Target's Cartwheel app.
For tracking my mood, I really like how easy to use and how customizable Mood Log is. I like that I can add new tags for different emotions and/or physical symptoms (like an upset stomach to go with anxiety, yay), track medications I'm taking, plus I can add notes why I'm feeling a certain way.
It's an app for Android called "Mood Log". I don't know whether an iOS version of the same app exists, but you needn't use that exact app. I have decided to use this because it allows me to rate my mood from 0 to 10, whereas all the others that I have checked use emoticons.
This is the link to the abovementioned app in the Play Store, please notice that I am not the developer and I don't make any profit from advertising this particular app instead of others: Mood Log
I've tried almost every mood tracking app there is, and, personally, this (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=arproductions.andrew.moodlog) is the best one in terms of ease of use and features. I have to say that I am not a fan of the interface, I wish they've put more effort into making it look more appealing.
I used Mood Log in the past. The app is simple and easy to use without any bells and whistles.
