Gimp is a desktop program. There are image editors for phones too, depending on what platform you're on (Aka Android or ios). On android after a quick play store search the following seems to work: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wandapps.multilayerphoto . There might be better ones though, I didn't spend too much time looking into it.
