No need to buy software, audacity will get you started quite nicely.
Best advice seems to be to test things out. Recording with a phone has the benefit of making it easy to find noiseless environment. Microphones on these things are fairly good and designed to capture human voice. Just make sure the file format you choose in the recording app is highest quality possible. Also try your headset mic.
Transfer the recordings to your PC and play around with the software. It's pretty visual and intuitive enough. "multi-track sound editing" is something to look into, if you feel stuck. I'm sure there are tons of tutorials around.
If you decide the quality is not enough, the second round with better mic will go that much more smoother, as you will already have some idea about what you're doing.
Also: sweet whispers, even different ones in each ear or maybe delayed couple of seconds in other ear - pretty sweet. Binaural beats - probably not worth the effort, at least for a start.
So if I'm reading this right, your girlfriend has an active mind and putting on a blindfold was something that she loved because she has less control and "it was a great idea because anxiety was eating her alive."
If that's something she gets off on, it doesn't sound like a video and headphones would be very exciting for her, because there's no anxiety involved.
I would probably go with fearplay and psychological situations of helplessness. Check out The Forked Tongue Revisited.
Hey, I wrote a book about this! Here's the ebook version: https://gumroad.com/l/QuncQ and paperback: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1706846894/
I focus on operant and classical conditioning paired with hypnotic techniques. Check it out!
She had me make these despite my lack of skill to do so: https://giphy.com/gifs/l0MYFg2h6zCnm1NYY/ https://gfycat.com/SarcasticFeminineAsiansmallclawedotter Stare...
Maybe try https://saved.io/
You type saved.io/ in front of the link and it adds it.
or you can make specific lists by adding things like hypno.saved,io/ or recipes.saved.io/ in front of the link.
I'm no expert on this kind of stuff, but if you have both a file you want to use and a song downloaded onto your computer, try using Audacity: http://www.audacityteam.org It's a free audio editor that's actually pretty high quality despite being free.
I haven't used it in an extremely long time, so I don't really remember how to use it, sorry. :/
Let me know if this works for you guys. I've never used mega before, so if it doesn't I'll try to fix it. Also, I take absolutely no credit for this. It was edited by someone else, I just found it deep in the internet. It's a very good version, not chopped or poorly done but very smooth and cohesive. Enjoy!
ViVe has as far as I understand been making hypnosis files as his full-time job since March. His patreon page says he makes ~$200 per recording, though if I understand correctly the amount is a bit misleading because people can set a maximum for how much they are willing to donate per month.
Yeah, I mean you can do that, and it's original.
Given that it's purely personal use though, you can get binaurals in five minutes. Here's the cheat code:
Go here https://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/binauralBrainwaveGenerator.php (I have no affiliation to this project, it's just helpful in this case.)
Use the slider bars, pick your own binaural. (There's a ton in here, so the best way is to zero them all out, then add elements gradually.)
Screen record it in Audacity by setting the soundsource to "loopback"
I think that'll work a lot better for your project.
If you're layering vocals on top, remember to use "AutoDuck" in audacity.
good luck!
Here's a machine that makes binaurals. The theory is that since they are two different frequencies going in each ear, when you wear headphones or ear buds while listening to them, they create a third tone in your brain, that is in between the two tones.
They supposedly have effects on your mind but that's debatable. I know for my own sake they really help me sleep and help me go into trance, if they are in the lower hz range. The higher tones just irritate me.
Not everyone likes them, so if you want to start making a lot of audio files, you might want to make a version of each file with and one without the binaurals.
Fiona Clearwater has one. You have to be a patron/supporter of UltraHypnosis' Patreon page, however. The minimum to get all access is 5$/mo. Although as a warning, she turns you into a little girl so if you aren't comfortable with age play then nevermind.
This is weird, I just downloaded node.js for the same reason. I guess you beat me to it, nice job!
The tutorial I was following recommends Heroku, which has a free plan. It should be good enough until this gets some traction, and then it might be easier to find a host.
There's an app Custom Soundboard which is good. It will let you make multiple soundboards, so you can have different collections, and save them and share them.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.maagk.johannes.customsoundboard&hl=en
Another way, if you wanted to have it look really swish, you could a nice web page for yourself and do it all custom. It would be pretty basic html and a little bit of javascript to have some nice buttons and that play sounds.
I wonder if you could get a smart watch, or that sort of thing, and use gesture controls to play sounds. So if you wave your hand in front of someone's face, it plays, say, a twinkly sound like magic.
Sorry its me again ^_^ found something else on Google Play Store. Let me know if its region locked, I can get the APK from my phone
Only on android sorry. I use "iPlay VR Player SBS 3D Video" by PANAGOLA. It used to have free and paid versions. Very basic, but worked. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.panagola.app.iplay&hl=en_NZ&gl=US
Thanks for the link. Any chance someone can figure out the link for the seasonal Vixen stories?
I remember it had something about seasonal/season/seasons in the link but can't seem to figure it out.
Edit: Found it by changing the date on the waybackmachine https://web.archive.org/web/20131209013627/http://www.rcwrites.com/seasonal.html
Edit 1.5: All of RC's stories are available aside from the last 2 in the Vixen series.
Edit 2: Does this archive stay up indefinitely? Is there any foreseeable reason RC's work would become inaccessible?
Neuro linguistic programming Suggestions and placebo
Many things are at play. I once gave someone a trigger with no hypno ever, i just used a fact about them, where they knew i was just doing a placebo, but because they knew what i was doibg it was stronger and worked.
Yes NLP can be used to do all sorts of funny things, throw some suggestions in there and add that the listener really believes you to have some placebo on top to strengthen the effect and you get something that works quite well.
Book to Kinky NLP from i believe u/h-sleepingirl On Amazon Maybe this can give you a better inaight on how it works since i cant just explain the whole thing in a few sentences, atleast i am not capable of doing so.
Good luck on your journy!
So. “Hypno headsets” have always been desired by the community from what I can tell. VR is the way that most people have gone due to them being more powerful and able to do tracking of the head, and sometimes, even the eyes.
If you want a basic headset, I saw this with a quick google search: https://www.amazon.com/QIAOXINGXING-Glasses-Mobile-Headphones-Machine/dp/B07WVZFN89/ref=mp_s_a_1_23?c=ts&keywords=Video+Display+Glasses&qid=1666853959&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI1Ljc0IiwicXNhIjoiNC40NiIsInFzcCI6IjIuOTMifQ%3D%3D&s=tv&sr=1-23...
They look like a proper headset, with padding and headphones. I really like the design. But I cannot speak to their actual capabilities.
Ideally, you wouldn’t surprise her with this, since enthusiastic consent is required! Light joking aside, first off asking her what got her into it and what she wants. There’s so much possibilities with erotic hypnosis, like triggering orgasms with a word or making someone unable to move like they’re tied. This article is a great way to introduce you into it, to give you an idea.
From there, do you know if she wants to be hypnotized? Does she want to hypnotize you? There are books on how to learn hypnosis, I suggest and praise Mark Wiseman’s Mind Play: A Guide To Erotic Hypnpsis to learn how hypnosis works and what do to in regards to trance. It taught me how to create inductions, also gave ideas for triggers.
This is a lot already, you said you’re new so perhaps this may be enough to get you started!
slides my NLP book over the table https://www.amazon.com/Kinky-NLP-Neuro-Linguistic-Programming-Hypnosis/dp/B09MYRD2HB
NLP is a lot more than covert hypnosis, but knowing NLP provides a foundation for covert and conversational trance (there is also a chapter that specifically addresses covert).
Your wife is a talented subject, and her response is exactly what you’d expect from a talented hypnotist and a talented subject.
Presuming you were present for the whole show, there’s no reason to expect that anything weird will happen that you don’t know about. The subconscious doesn’t really understand complicated concepts, really, it only absorbs very simple and direct instructions. Every effect that she might have experienced would be described in detail by the hypnotist, so there won’t be any effects that you don’t know about.
If you’re interested in exploring this sort of thing with your wife, the best starting point is reading Mind Play, by Mark Wiseman: https://www.amazon.com/Mark-Wiseman-ebook/dp/B075FDRW5R/ref=nodl_?dplnkId=91fa68b7-f8db-4b4d-af24-ceea19a9d71a&language=es&previous_lop=en_US&external_lang=1
I'd recommend purchasing a book called "Mind Play", by Mark Wiseman. It's a lovely little introduction that covers the basics (including safeties) in a very accessible manner and provides a whole bunch of induction scripts and suggestion ideas he can use.
It's not encyclopedic, and if you both enjoy it then you/he will probably want to do some further research - but as an introduction it's hard to beat.
Additionally, consider joining one or two of the various hypnosis discords. There's a lot of faff to wade through, including a lot of roleplay disguised as hypnosis, but there are also a lot of really knowledgeable people and opportunities to observe some good sessions, ask questions and get advice.
This is WAY more than will fit in a Reddit post. No offense meant.
This book would be very helpful to you: https://www.amazon.com/Mind-Play-Mark-Wiseman-ebook/dp/B00DTIVTDM/
OK,
I found THIS meaning someone is working on it, The reviews are not great though.
I am going to play with it and see how it does.
Heya! Self hypnosis is naturally more difficult, but I do have some ideas.
Firstly, I'd like to point out the benefits of meditation:
I understand that meditation doesn't sound like "the quick and easy way to better hypnosis" - it's not. It takes time and some self discipline, but if you're interested in hypnosis for the long run I can't recommend it enough.
With that out of the way, have you considered writing your own hypnosis script, tailored to your needs, and then recording it yourself using something like Audacity? Or possibly having a voice actor do it, or even just find someone on reddit? If you do make your own audio file this website has some free tools that are really useful for creating background sounds: https://mynoise.net/noiseMachines.php
For myself, with self hypnosis I don't focus on triggers so much. I sort of circumvent triggers and instead focus on the thing I want to have triggered. For example, when I put myself under I'm gently focused on a state of sexual trance, the mind already knows where to go and what feels good. I don't control the experience, and I have a lot of trust that my subconscious already knows what turns me on. That said, even with all my years of experience with meditation and whatnot, it's always better with a partner.
If you couldn't tell by username, my DM's are always open lol. I am a switch, looking for someone to both hypnotize and be hypnotized by. Cheers
I couldn't find any statistics either. But I did note that this group has over 80k readers. The Fetlife group has over 20k members. mcforum.net has over 30k members.
And https://www.similarweb.com/website/mcstories.com/#overview reports that mcstories.com recieves approx 1.3M visitors per month.
There are two books I think you'd like, Hypnosis with the Hard to Hypnotise, and The Brainwashing Book. Both of them are excellent.
I think for brainwashing, it's not necessary to clear your head of intrusive thoughts. Instead, you can utilize your intrusive thoughts to add to them instead. Do a hypnosis session where you imagine doing something else like doing dishes, and having the conditioning that you're being given appear as intrusive thoughts in that context. You can work with the flow of your mind and add thoughts to it rather than suppressing it.
balabolka's very good with TTS stuff. plus it uses microsoft's [SAPI TTS XML](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/desktop/ms717077(v=vs.85\)), which is every useful for adding <silence msec="500"/>
pauses or <emph>emphasis</emph>
Saw your most recent post. I hope you'll include impact play and other ways to creatively use pain as a gateway to trance.
Also, can you create a newsletter signup (maybe https://mailchimp.com/) or other way for us to get notified when the book is released?
And do you have an anticipated date for book release?
They are in windows WMV format. A long time ago, before mp4 was king, many art houses used wmv. Try VLC, its Mac page states it has the wmv codecs for the mac os. VLC is amongst the most full featured, best players; and it's free.
/u/KinkyShibby mentioned a quick and foolproof way to create them in Audacity.
If you want more control, you could try this: http://gnaural.sourceforge.net/
It will allow you to program an evolution of the rate of the beats. In this way you could, for example, start a session with the beats set to a Beta brainwave rate (16 - 30 Hz, usual waking state) and slowly lead the listener down to a concentrated Alpha rate (7.5 - 12.5 Hz) when creating profound suggestions or visualisations, before bringing them back up to a waking state.
Check out the more in depth breakdowns of the different levels and the links to their respective articles here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sensorimotor_rhythm
I don't know why you're mentioning Python or API. You seem to be looking for functions that are included in many sound editing applications. Look up "Digital Audio Workstation" or try one of the programs listed here https://zapier.com/blog/best-audio-editor/
I'll second the cheap VR "headset." Just the simple kind that hold your phone like this You can make your own SBS videos (2d, no head tracking or anything) using free software. Combine it with the lights off and a Bluetooth headset for a much more immersive experience.
So if I bought this cable https://www.amazon.co.uk/Oculus-dethinton-Transfer-Charging-Compatible/dp/B0879DGZ5W/ref=pd_bxgy_img_2/261-6677549-3280008?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B0879DGZ5W&pd_rd_r=6838da2b-0e9a-48cf-9e66-f0c2233e0007&pd_rd_w=RtAu0&pd_rd_wg=FP1a6&pf_rd_p=e5130b5a-1765-4699-bcba-dfad57398256&pf_rd_r=T3A94Z9TJ5Y09SM3T6XB&psc=1&refRID=T3A94Z9TJ5Y09SM3T6XB all I would have to do is get the oculus app, plug it in, do some stuff in the settings, and then I can access steam stuff?
one of my fav books https://www.amazon.com/Art-Hypnosis-Mastering-Basic-Techniques/dp/1845904397/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=roy+hunter&qid=1617835708&sr=8-5 I read this and some others then joined a group- plain vanilla to practice and be hypnotized (I think being put under is critical to learning the process)
.
I don't usually come into threads to say "You might like my book!" but in this case, I think it would be a good thing for you to check out. It's all about how to brainwash someone ethically and consensually while considering and attempting to mitigate risks. It explores the concepts of operant and classical conditioning (which are key aspects of hypnosis as a whole but also specifically addiction) within the context of making the "how to do x" easier to understand from a larger perspective. I also have a section on addiction in it.
You can find it as an ebook here: https://gumroad.com/l/QuncQ Or as a physical copy on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1706846894/
Addiction is one of the riskiest things to play with, in my opinion, and it is impossible to fully mitigate these risks, but it is also one of the most common things to happen in a hypnotic relationship even if you're not trying for it. People want things that make them feel good. If they have associations of you as the person who gives them the good things.
As others have said, preventing someone from getting pleasure from other places is not sustainable and is also harmful. Anything that drastically increases dependency in this way will almost certainly put strain on them, you, and the relationship as a whole.
Anyways, I hope this helps!
How much do you know about conditioning? Have you read the Brainwashing Book and Forked Tongue Revisited? Those are great places to get started if you haven't.
Yes, it does work. I started as a text hypnotist hypnotizing people in chat rooms.
Text doesn't work as well as voice, and non-interactive doesn't work as well as interactive. All the same, some people can definitely get hypnotized by reading a book, if the book is written with hypnotic suggestions. There's actually a book written to do exactly this: https://www.amazon.com/Instant-Self-Hypnosis-Hypnotize-Yourself-Your/dp/1402202695
I doubt these are the 'best', but they are very cheap ($35), and I'm quite happy with the sound. They are comfortable, completely cover my ears, block a lot but not all sound, and their specs are very good (I have no way to verify it they actually meet those specs).
Samson SR850 Semi-Open-Back Studio Reference Headphones https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002LBSEQS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_mYvoCb9HFNC5H
Gimp is a desktop program. There are image editors for phones too, depending on what platform you're on (Aka Android or ios). On android after a quick play store search the following seems to work: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wandapps.multilayerphoto . There might be better ones though, I didn't spend too much time looking into it.
Just posted this in another topic and have the link ready to cut and paste
The go to recommendation is the book Mind Play : A Guide to Erotic Hypnosis by Mark Wiseman

If you wish to be dominated it means you'll need to have that chat with husband, open up and see how he's going to do this with you.

How do you incorporate this into real sex ? There are some cliche Hypnosis tropes out there.
The mindless bimbo. Whether she is body / sex / make up / cock obsessed or all/none of the above.
Programmed doll or robot.
Frozen.
Orgasms on command.
Fascinated by spirals or pocket watches.

Ok. That's an incomplete and partial list of examples but if hypnosis is a fetish then being hypnotised may lead to sex.
Do you want to 'change state' ? Being something permanently seems like no fun but being triggered into behaviours - which may encompass the shame and wanting to enjoy / explore them - have to talk about that with him.

While it is not a 'therapy' textbook, it does have good info on inductions and trance pitfalls to be aware of. Mindplay Mark Wiseman https://www.amazon.com/Mind-Play-Guide-Erotic-Hypnosis/dp/1975987373/ref=dp_ob_title_bk
If you have a Kindle, or failing that a smartphone with the Kindle App, definitely get How to Hypnotise Anyone - Confessions of a Rogue Hypnotist by The Rogue Hypnotist this is first book in the series.
It is really cheap on the Kindle and is one of the best introductions that I have read. There are several other follow on books covering various topics which are also good. They are quite similar so initially just pick the ones that you are interested in but I have found every one to have something of interest or a surprising story. Recommended.
Is this for real?
I have been learning about hypnosis for years and recently started to hypnotize my girlfriend much to the delight of us both so I can confirm 100% that hypnosis is real and that you can use it as a powerful erotic tool. That being said I tend to doubt many of those Omegle logs as well. While I know that hypnosis can be achieved through these text-based mediums, more often than not it seems a lot more like role-playing but nbd.
What is the relationship between induction and hypnosis?
In my experience the induction in more or less a tunnel by which one moves themselves from a waking state to trance. If hypnosis is sleep than the induction is the bedtime story and glass of milk. In these omegle logs (which again I tend to doubt) sometimes the tist will ask if the person needs to be induced or if they have a "trigger" word or phrase. [A trigger is a specific kind of post hypnotic suggestion which has the potential to but someone immediately into trance. Skipping the story and milk, if you will.] From there one can use "deepeners" to achieve a stronger level of trance.
Can hypnosis truly be accomplished via text or [bracketed] comments? Or pre-recorded voice files? Or induction?
Yes. I have put my girlfriend under in person, over the phone, and with a recording that I made for her. I have no doubt that I could hypnotize her with text but I have no desire to do so other than maybe giving her a few post-hypnotic suggestions to be activated through text message for example.
How can I start?
Buy this book to learn a good overview and go from there. And the only other advice I would give is to practice, practice, practice. You wont start out as the perfect hypnotist and the people you try to hypnotize may not enter a deep trance on your first try. But I assure you that if you keep at it you will eventually be able to but someone under with just a word.
