Yes I would suggest to test the different settings on encodings. Also try to install this codec for MX-Player.

Use MX Player from Play store . make sure it is using HW+ decoder. Also for later android devices use this codec from the play store. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mxtech.ffmpeg.v7_vfpv3d16 Works pretty good on my Nexus 6 and Nexus 7. anybody know how to adjust the bitrate on these streams? My internet is kind of choppy
