My Effectiveness should be right up your alley. It has a certain method to it:
There's also an in-built pomodoro timer than you can use with each action. It's pretty cool.
Only thing it's missing is a desktop equivalent, but they are working on that.
Edit: It's based on the book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
My Effectiveness: To Do, Tasks
Has a pomodoro timer, tasks, plans, notes, and a bunch of other stuff like influences, goals, etc. Not the prettiest though.

You can prioritize tasks in four boxes and inside boxes on individual level. Make it a to do list. With audio reminders etc.. these features are amazing for a free app

There's a Weekly Plan feature, which resembles what you look for.
The user interface isn't that convenient, still, give it a try.
This. I personally really liked My Effectiveness Pro. I think it implements some nice ideas on how to organize To-Do lists, and it includes a pomodoro timer as well.
It's really a question of how you like to work. If you like to follow a system, like Stephen Covey's 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, then you'll want an app that is built around that system, such as My Effectiveness, which also has a Pomodoro Timer in addition to your mission, roles and all that other Covey effective habit business.
You'll probably want some kind of ToDo list. A lot of people seem to like Wunderlist, but there are always new apps coming out like Accomplish. And then, Google is always adding functionality to its calendaring app and you can also use Google Keep as an add-on.
You'll probably also want a general app for habits. I saw a bunch of mentions to Habitica in this thread. The philosophy of let's gamify everything is interesting, but I personally find it distracting. If you want something simple, try Loop Habit Tracker.
But maybe you want to get deeper down into specific habits. Maybe you want to get in shape, so you might look at something like Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Workout. Maybe you want to keep track of how many minutes you spend meditating, so you'll want something like Sattva. Maybe you want to broaden your mind so you start listening to podcasts that you've auto-downloaded through Podcast Addict or give yourself little help working your memory with an nback application like Brain N-Back. Or, maybe you want to work on remembering concepts, words in a foreign language or more traditional memory training with something like Memrise.
Maybe you want to talk about making decisions in groups, at work or home. You could look to an app like Loomio. But, there's always Trello, Slack or whatever else your group already uses.
Anyway, I've probably gotten a bit off the ranch here, but "general productivity reinforcement" can mean a lot of different things depending on whether you are focused on your work, your life, working with other people, or whatever.
If you have android phone or tablet try this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andtek.sevenhabits

You can try My Effectiveness. It has a to do list, task and Pomodoro timer.
Downloaded My Effectiveness: To do, Tasks just now. Let's see how it is.
