Since they didn't link it in the article for whatever reason, here's the app on the Google Play Store and App Store. I installed it a while ago (it was initially released April 29th), but I hadn't realized they'd added an English option. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend it, since the voice acting is (understandably) stiff coming from a novice English speaker reading off a script. The Japanese voice acting/audio quality is good, just as you'd expect from DLSite material. I can't comment on the VR aspect, since I don't have a headset, but it's just a standard Google Cardboard sorta thing. You can switch between English/Japanese and standard/stereoscopic in the settings at the start menu.
