It may depend on where you live, but I've found banks are similar enough that a good app can be enough reason to switch. Thankfully NatWest's isn't too bad: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rbs.mobile.android.natwest&hl=en
I also have Tesco, which isn't too bad either: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tescobank.mobile&hl=en
