I like NFC tools and NFC Tasks. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wakdev.nfctools.pro

This app will help you.

it can simulate a NFC/RFID card.
This app has a feature to emulate an NFC Tag. If you can figure out how to copy your amiibo, you might be able to emulate it with this. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wakdev.nfctools.pro
Sure!
So after a lot of research, planning and mockups, got my supplies. Paper from French Papers, about 40 of these NFC tags, 3M Super 77 for adhesive.
Before doing anything, I spent a good part of my day messing with the NFC tags with my phone. After finding a great app for writing custom data to NFC in batch (NFC Tools Pro), I wrote the vCard file. The spec for vCard is a clusterfuck of inconsistencies and companies that interpret contact data differently, so I settled on the v2.1 spec for the best compatibility.
With vCard files, you can add a ton of information from gender to job description and social media profiles. The only limit is yourself and the character limit on your NFC tag (~880 bytes in my case). Here's the final vCard file.. Back in the NFC Tools app, I wrote the data as a custom file (data type is "text/vcard") and cloned it 39 times over. When waved over an NFC-enabled Android phone, it automatically saves and pulls up my contact info and starts downloading my profile picture from Google+, no app required.
Once done, I printed a grid of business cards on two large sheets of paper (one for each side) and stuck the NFC tags to them (specifically under the D). From there, it was a matter of carefully aligning both sides of the paper, sticking push pins at the top to keep them aligned, and spraying the Super 77 outside to join them. A trip to Kinkos' paper cutter later and my business cards were done!
EDIT: Disclaimer, I used an inkjet for printing because screen printing is prohibitive for a student and lasers suck at producing a smooth rich black.
