What is Reddit's opinion of Nimbus Clipper - Clip and Scan?

I don't have PicsArt installed and never had. Idk if they are the same, or very similar because I've never tried that app, but the arrow was drawn with Nimbus Clipper.

I tried several and Nimbus Scanner Clip and Scan -- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fvd.nimbus -- was the best for simple screenshot markups.

I was looking for something that allows me to circle, arrow, and insert text onto screenshots and photos simply and this does the trick. This also has a nice pdf markup function--solving a separate problem I had.

Searched a lot for the same reason but I think there is no good alternative for Skitch. What I found is

Another I found is pretty good alternative but made by some Chinese company and UI is also in Chinese
