We have been working for tirelessly for many month to make what we think is the best NFL sports app out there.
Description: Basically, the app tracks over 1000 stats per game (more than all major sports apps combined), so casual or hardcore fans can check scores, review game highlights and stats, follow their favorite teams/players and see how teams stack up head-to-head. More in depth fantasy football players can use the app to track their fantasy picks, compare player performance and predict their potential.
User Experience: The UI/UX is a big part of this app. We have used most of the major football apps out there and they are normally just ports of their respective websites. Very grid-like and some pages just look like excel spreadsheets. We try to stay as close to Google's Material Design patterns as possible to display the vast amount of data
Benchmarks: As I already mentioned, this app provides more live stats than any other football app. According to our tests we are able to provide updates the fastest, normally within 3-5 seconds of the event actually occurring on the field. We set push notifications across all the major football apps and we were consistently receiving alerts faster from OnPoint.
The Future: We are looking to add more sports. Right now we're looking into supporting MLB when the next season starts. After that as proud Canadians we will be adding NHL. But we'd love to hear your suggestions on which sports to add next.
