Yes, after that it crashes, the "inside app" means I utilized a tool/another app from Google Play to check the minimum requirements to run this game and it requires a higher OpenGL version, which is not available for most phones, to play this game you phone will need to support this OpenGL version, if for an example your phone OpenGL version is 2.0 and the game you're trying to play requires OpenGL 3.2 or higher your phone will not be able to play, you can check your phone OpenGL version by downloading an app like GL Viewer from Google Play.

It depends which SD 845 device you're using too, there could be a wacky driver implementation from whatever company your phone came from.
If you're willing to root, you can install a Magisk module that updates your drivers for the rom you're on, or else you could install a whole new custom rom from a maintainer with updated drivers.
Use this to check drivers and this is the module for updated drivers
It's probably a graphics driver issue. I can use Vulkan driver with "Beetle PSX HW" core in RetroArch on both Shield TV and a Snapdragon 835 phone. However, there are many visual glitches on my phone, like yellow tint in cutscenes. I don't see these glitches on Shield TV.
Unless you can find newer firmware, I don't think there's much you can do. You can check supported Vulkan version on your current firmware with "OpenGL ES Extensions - The OpenGL/Vulkan Utility": https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.realtechvr.glview&hl=en_US
I had the same problem before, but I discovered a solution, it is on the PojavLauncher official website, (Preliminary support for 1.17 | PojavLauncher) but the instructions are a bit confusing, so I thought it was better that I explained it: 1. Download JRE17 from here (if you are not sure what version to download, install this app, and it will say your architecture, on the third line, last word) 2. Download and install the latest PojavLauncher build from here (after you install it you will have 2 PojavLaunchers, the original, and the one for 1.17+). 3. Open the new installed PojavLauncher, and it will ask for a Java Runtime, so you browse to your downloads folder and choose the "jre17-XXXXX-202XXXXX-release.tar.xz" file you downloaded before. Then, let it decompile and install the Java Runtime. 4. After you login and enter PojavLauncher, go to Settings > Video and Renderer > Renderer, and choose "gl4es 1.1.5 (OpenGL ES 3)" (it says it doesn't has support for 1.17, but it works perfectly fine). 5. Launch 1.17 (or 1.17.1) and enjoy!
