PBS has an app that provides plenty of streaming content created by PBS. (Sesame Street, Daniel the Tiger, etc...)
And the videos are actual stories with plot lines designed to teach kids age appropriate concepts, not like chopped up PJ Masks episodes replayed in different colors.
That said, if you can find a kids YT video containing momo that wasn't posted this week you ought to post it, it would be the first proof anyone has seen.
You would have to use the kids app for Sesame Street. It's been out for a while and also supports Chromecast. Really good.

What functionality are you looking for from NetKids? The Google Play Store has a wide selection of kids games/videos. There's also YouTube Kids and PBS Kids for an even wider selection of videos.
No, you can not run Apple apps on Android, or vise versa.
All of the episodes are on archive.org in order!! Here’s a link :):)
You can also find a bunch of the episodes being posted on the YouTube channel That Cartoon Guy (the channel used to be called Prof. Boxlietner)
The PBS Kids Video App streams a handful of the episodes, and consistently swaps the episodes offered out with other, different episodes! It is offered on both iOS and Android systems for free! :)
It’s also available on wco.tv !!
I’ve included links directly to the show itself, the channel offering episodes, and links to the apps! I hope I could be helpful :)))
It is in the menu that's for parents it's blue and has an i on it.
For reference you can look at the third screenshot https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.pbskids.video&hl=en
