Hey, I'm an owner of PixelChat: Pixel Art Keyboard, free for iOS and Android (for friends) and we are currently add free!
PixelChat features the unique ability to create pixel art and share it with friends in text, like emojis! If drawing isn't your thing, render photos into pixel art or search for friends or popular pixel art. You can also create unique retro photos by stamping it with pixel art!
As far as I'm aware, there isn't another app like this!
