Kairosoft games, the Japanese company makes tycoon games with pixel graphics! Check the company out in the app store, they are currently on sale 75% which is super cheap and worth the price. Quite suitable for you as you can listen to podcasts while waiting for your lil staff to do work in your virtual world :)
