Is there any desktop or web app as powerful as POEMate for Android? Not even the offline calculator has so much functionality like consolidating pseudo totals. I love the Android app while on the go, but when I'm at my PC, I prefer something to use on my PC.
3 things I wished I knew earlier:
Don't be afraid to trade. Use poe.trade to find your objects. Even just checking it for potential items without buying, will help you assessing the value of your drops.
Start with a spell-based character. Melee, wands and bows are very dependant on gear, which is more complex to level. Spells are based on XP, which scales a lot smoother.
The skill tree is very intimidating. I use POEMate to plan and tweak whenever I have some time to kill.
There's tons more, but this should get you started!
Mobile ? Android ? iOS ? Windows ?
For Android you can paste into POE Mate. Turns out he made an iOS equivalent too
Unsure about the others without googling. Maybe you should try.
There is a mobile app already, and it works pretty well. It's not perfect (lacking item/true skill support), but with some more development would be plenty usable on mobile.

Copy paste the link I've sent ya. It's a pure life DD crit build. It's something simple, so you can better understand the game. You can change it later.
Items you will want:
- Belly of the Beast chest: lots of life, resists. 6 link it to maximize your Blade of Flurry damage output
- Marylene's Fallacy necklace. It lowers your already super high crit chance but gives you insane critical damage multiplier. This is how this game works. It takes something away from you as a price for its benefit. Find balance
- Abyssus helm: the ultimate glass cannon item.
Check out the app I've sent you, watch youtube tutorials and buy items at poe trade (check google) and you will be fine... In a year maybe. Yeah, this game it's not for casual. Be prepared to die a lot.
Before I forget: stack life. Lots of life. Learn to love stacking life.

Try PoeMate. Got an Xbox buddy that does not have a PC, and I hated having to have multiples builds pulled up to tell him where to put his passives. With that he does not have any issues and its free. You can import pastebins too.
