This app seemed to work last week. It wasn't perfect, but I ended up listening to PA instead of the television broadcast.

JJACR makes Pro Football Radio & Scores for Android. I use the version for iOS and it works well.

For future reference, on android check out the Pro Football Radio app on Google Play. Not sure how long it will survive, but its let me listen when I've been travelling outside the market.
