Pulseway - formerly known as PC Monitor. It is a remote monitoring app for your PCs. It shows you temperatures and other crucial information. It also has a warning if conditions are met, ex. if the CPU temp is too high. You can also execute powershell commands or turn your PC off. I had to dig for a very long time until I found this gem, not a lot of information about it on the webz. Probably because it is more an enterprise type of an aplication, but it is free for personal use, for up to 5 PC. I use it mostly for keeping tabs on my media server PC and remotely turning off my main PC if i'm downloading something when i'm not home.
