I think he keeps it updated, but he is very busy IRL.
There is also a Quake Champions Mobile app that was supposed to keep track of everything QC. But the dude who created it last updated it in Sept. 2017. Not sure if it is actively tracking tournaments anymore.

QC World android app has timers.
Guess what? I just pushed an update for my Android app, QC World and it has a convenient item timer now! Hope you will like it.
If you're playing Quake Champions on your PC, then QC World is a handy companion app.
