Jetzt Mal indiskret: wie alt bist du? Ich habe dreimal aufgehört und jedes Mal war es schwieriger. Konnte trotzdem ohne Hilfe aufhören, beim letzten Mal war eine starke Motivation dabei: Nachwuchs.

Also run up 4 flights of stairs today, then again a week later, you'll never want to touch one of the shit-sticks again when you've felt the difference. Signed someone that quite cold turkey 8 years ago, after 10 years of a pack a day.
If you want to quit smoking, I'd recommend joining some kind of program to help and maybe even joining a support group. Oh and here's an app you might find useful.
