I don't know C#, and I don't like java.
I will only build JS app. My app works on iOS, android ,and WP. I build for web, and then add support for each platform.
UWP provides really good support for JS apps but compare to Android and iOS performance like animation is really bad. Rendering performance of small content is same on as iOS, android and native.
