I've been finding Battle Roster a great Android app for managing combats, including being an initiative, health, and status tracker. It's made by /u/Loitering-inc. It was more than a little clumsy when I first started using it, but after giving some feedback and the app receiving an update, it has become a really great fluid part of running combats.

Edit: Just saw your reply to another person. This one is really meant for 5e. Probably not what you are looking for. Granted, you could kinda make it work by editing all the monsters, but some of the conditions functionality wouldn't really be useful for Pathfinder. Sorry!

The difference between the two is the free demo doesn't allow for adding your own monsters, but has all the SRD monsters already.
