As already mentioned, it's only available if you previously installed it.
The app is no longer necessary. Alternative methods of logging in are available; the SIM option being likely the best. If you're just looking for a map of Wifi locations, download the Shaw app.

I haven't been able to find a user made map of #TELUS locations. not sure if anyone has tried.
