Have you tried Soul Unleashed?? Its a pretty sweet game that's like some sort of D&D/Wizardry hybrid and is probably more Pen & Paper than Knights of Pen & Paper itself. The Experience and structure is fairly linear and heavily quest based (Though the story isn't heavily emphasized; which is a good thing since it also gives room to flesh out its own universe) but part of the appeal to this game is the fact that there are non-combat RPG elements that can dramatically change the way you progress in quests. For example;
The Lockpick skill will greatly increase your chances of getting handy with disarming traps and unlocking doors.
A skill called Will'O'Wisp lets you explore dungeons without the need of a torch.
Oh and also, there's a lot of skill customization where you can acquire a vast array of different skills per levelup. Though you may not like how the skills you can pick are chosen at random and only come in 3 (though you can learn at least 2-3 skills per level).
Unfortunately; the game has Premium currency in the form of "Lucky Stars" which are used to reroll your choice of skills (not that it matters, since it heavily relies on RNG and Unlock new character slots (you only start with 1 and can have up to 4 iirc.) though the unlocked slots are permanent. The game has a FREE version you can try, to which I suggest using its Lucky Stars to unlock at least one Character Slot if you enjoy the game and plan on getting the full version.

NOTE: Some reviews say that your party is heavily randomized, but you can actually manipulate the system by "LIking" a specific party member so they can show up more often.
You seem to like Turn Based RPGs so I'll only list those.
Soul Unleashed is pretty good if you want a Tabletop-esque adventure RPG (Its actually more Pen & Paper than KoP&P itself). With a wide variety of skills that you can make use of in situations like Will'owisps to light up dungeons without torches, Cooking to keep your party from being exhausted on long quests. But there's also a strange twist to turn based combat...that will be better off explained ingame.

Speaking of which, Knights of Pen & Paper is also pretty good for quick short bursts of turn based combat and the usual adventure with snarky retro humor if you're into that. You pick from 6 "players" which all have their passive skills and assign those players into classes.

If you don't mind setting foot to space, Space Bounties is also pretty good. Its a Permadeath Combat-heavy Turn Based RPG where you form up your own Bounty Hunters Guild and hire a bunch of Bounty Hunters to do randomly generated missions.

I'm not sure that these fall into the dungeon crawler category but they tick all the other requirements.
Knights of Pen and Paper. Free via Amazon Underground. "Turn based combat" in that you take a turn attacking with your party (in random order it would seem) and taking attacks from enemies.
Party members can level up to learn between four different skills.
Soul Unleashed RPG. Turn based combat and party member leveling up. I'm not sure you'd call it a "dungeon crawler" so much as turn-based RPG, but it's the first thing that comes to mind.
I've linked the Lite version which is free. There's a paid full version (IAPs are for "Extra character slots").
Dungeon Crawlers. Looks to be the closest. Haven't played it before, just stumbled upon it while looking around. Reviews seem to indicate that there are problems with the game crashing, but all are from two years ago.
Having never played it, I'm merely pointing out this seems to be closest to what you're looking for. Purchase at own risk (Google has a refund policy, but I'm not clear on the specifics).
