The fan app for Android and iOS called SpaceX Now is absolutely on point when it comes to this. It has lots of settings for notifications, so you can always stay up to date on launches and livestreams. I highly recommend it!
Edit: iOS download link (thanks, u/ikjadoon!)
Yup! SpaceXNow is a fantastic app for tracking SpaceX launches, created by a Redditor (/r/spacexnow)

For Android users, I've been using this thing:

Works extremely well, I've never missed a launch since installing it. You can dial it up to give you tons of notifications (even down to social media postings from Elon/SpaceX) or all the way down to just giving you notifications on an impending launch.
SpaceX Now is good if you only want to know about SpaceX launches. Space Launch Now can notify you of all launches (there's also a setting to only be notified about launches that have a webcast).
Hahaha, "what facebook?" Classic Elon. Good thing I don't have any facebook, instagram, Twitter, whatsapp, just get my spacex news straight from Spacexnow. Link
Have you installed the SpaceX now app? It provides a fair number of notifications. Not sure on the precise timing though. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bradleyjh.spacexnow&hl=en
The future was yesterday!
DL this app if you want to be up to date with the launches:

Everyday Astronaut has a great video that's great for discussing where to watch.
For SpaceX launches, you can check out the /r/spacex sidebar for Upcoming Events. Also, on Android I have the SpaceXNow app which I can use to track launches in more detail.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they have any more planned flights for Falcon Heavy, and Falcon 9 launches can be really hit-or-miss for RTLS (Return to Launch Site) landings. Most often, they attempt to land on their drone ship.
Unfortunately, scheduling can be pretty difficult
Esta App muestra la hora en zona local.. Se actualiza en tiempo real y tiene información de misiones futuras. Además notifica cambios o estados de misiones en curso.
If you want to make a native app and need more ideas, please check out SpaceXNow which does this and a lot more for /r/spacex
Not hating though, just giving hints!
