We have just started building an app called Speecher that we are making exactly for that purpose. We could really use your help to know what kinds of features you want from the app.
So far we have a landing page: http://getspeecher.com/
and an Android app that I built for a class: Speech Writer
We are rebuilding the app for iOS and Android with a lot of the same features planned, but with an improved design and user experience.
I'd love to hear your thoughts.
