This is convoluted, but if there is no other way of getting access to a transcription, you could try downloading a speech to text app and then play the audio through a speaker.
If you have an android device, this is supposed to be a good free speech to text app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.speechnotes.speechnotes
It stops listening after only 1 minute of silence.
The premium $7.99 version allows one to adjust this from 0.5 to 30 minutes.
SpeechTexter - Speech to Text stays active a long time. ... not sure yet when / if it stops.

I tested out Speechnotes and ListNote
I tried them for about 400 words each just to compare. I liked Speechnotes better - just easier to use. Might have just been my voice or being a newbie, but I still had to do a LOT of editing to fix it up to what I actually wanted.
But I would use it again if I was being lazy and just wanted to lie in bed and 'write'.
I've found Speechnotes app to be helpful. I use it when I'm driving or don't feel like typing. You would have still have to format it after the recording, but block wouldn't be an issue. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.speechnotes.speechnotes&hl=en
Not exactly what you're looking for, but try Speech Notes. It's a speech recognition app with a dictation keyboard. I've only been using it for about a week, but I've been really impressed with it so far.

OP, here are some Voice-to-text apps I found while Googling, so I can save you some clicking and typing - I haven't tested them, so I can't review them:

I believe that Google Assistant's punctuation commands ...

... are pretty limited and broken(e.g. in English "New line" doesn't work - one needs to say "Period. Newline"
I believe you are better off installing an android app with good puntuation support such as ...
Hay apps. Deberías poner a reproducir con algo y correr la app en un lugar en silencio.
