If you don't mind simplistic graphics common to be found in indie games, and also happened to like boardgames like Space Empires: 4X, then Star Traders: 4X Empires would be right up your alley.
The gameplay is superb, what with internal conflicts between factions and external one with the Xeno (aliens) invasions, it's definitely got that one-more-turn feel to it. The Steam version has been updated to accomodate the drawbacks mentioned in the negative reviews of the game (addition of tooltips as well as expansion of already-huge tech tree), just try it yourself, I certainly didn't regret playing both the Steam and Android (Elite) version.

I don't think there are that many grand strategy or 4X games on Android. I don't know of one with the scope of something like EU4.
Here's some 4X/strategy games, but they are going to be a lighter experience.
Star Traders 4X, space theme. There is also a free, limited version available to try the game out. Some IAPs for extra content, completely optional.
Age of Civilizations, available as couple different versions with different maps. Also has a free, limited version if you wanted to try it out.
Imperium Galactica 2, space theme, port of PC game.
Also, Civilization Revolution 2 was recently put on sale or reduced in price to $3 USD from the previous $10 USD amount.
