Touchpal can do this.
Don't let the horrible name discourage you, I've extensively used Swype, Swiftkey, and many others, but I find Touchpal to be the best keyboard by far.

Also check out the sentence "Wave" feature! It's awesome and I've never seen another keyboard that does it.
Try touchpal kb. It's lightweight afaik and it can be resized as well. This is what I use for my mother who needs a big keyboard. Linkme: touchpal
