After I did a beginner program I switched to madcow and saw some good results.
I liked it because it was still a full body workout 3 days a week which is what I was used to, and it was easy to keep track of of my workouts using the StrengthCalc app on my phone.
No the app I'm talking about is iPhone only. For android I would use this.
