I've got Sworkit (though I've been pretty slack using it lately). It's got stretches and yoga along with some other ones. It'll run you through stretches for however many minutes you choose. Also, any yoga apps might be useful too.

Have a look at Sworkit.. Very good app for cardio, body weight, yoga and stretching exercises. I find it amazing and frustrating at the same time because I'm out of breath in 15 minutes of plyometrics cardio.

Try Sworkit.
Or if you don't like it, maybe the people at /r/bodyweightfitness could recommend you something else.
Shortest version of fitness guide:
Eat less, walk / run for 1 hour daily, drink water at least 2 ltr, sleep 8 hours.
For those who dont like to walk or run, checkout the insanity dvd's. Its an exercise program which basically involves body movements and body weight exercises over a 1 hour. You play the dvd and follow the movements. Its pretty demanding but also addictive.
There is a shorter version of 25 minutes as well. I think its called T25. One more dvd set is P90x for gaining muscles while t25 and insanity is for losing weight and gaining strength and stamina. There is one more insane version of insanity called asylum. Folks who complete few rounds of insanity move on to p90x or asylum.
Best part is that there are more than 10 dvds in each of these programs and you can do different one on different date by following a calendar.
What I like in insanity is that you can do that with your friends and family. I did it for almost 1.5 month and then hurt my leg and stopped. But while I was doing it I had a lot of fun and had lot of energy. Also it was about the same time when I quit smoking. Thankfully havent smoke yet. Hopefully I get back at exercise also.
Check /r/insanity for more details.
One app that i recently discovered is this Swork it basically you enter the time you have and it suggests a set of exercises for you.
Most important tip: before you start exercise, take measurement of your body and lots of before and after photos.
For many people the amount of fat they lose is replaced by muscles. So even though you have not lost weight your measurements will show where you gained or loose. This is very much important since if your workout does not start to give you results by the weekend, you are most likely to quit by monday.
