You can use The Asheville App to report potholes or other road issues, such as missing street signs. They have been very responsive in my experience, and will even message you back with updates. As they say on the app, "if you don't report it, we may not know about it."

The whole thing is a fucking disgrace, voting registration ought to be automatic. It's not like the government doesn't already have shittons of information on all of us. Oregon has a system where it's tied in with the DMV. Easy peasy.
I can't wait until we can figure out how to do secure online voting. In 2015, 64% of Americans owned a smartphone Pew. The nearest city to me has an app to report potholes. It'd be great to have an app that handled my voting too.
