No, but if you check out this and subtract 40 you would be able to determine the amount a cricket would be chirping if one were around!
That's exactly the information I need, as I work outside. Weather Underground has this, but it no longer works on both my devices. Today Weather has the POP per hour, but not the amount of rainfall. The search continues...Edit: it looks like this one linked above has it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pelmorex.WeatherEyeAndroid&hl=en_CA
Then you're either not using the official Weather Network app, or you have a root-only app that's able to block them. Because the app is riddled with ads, and they're pretty bad even by advertising standards.
If you have an Android TV device, install the apps Weather Network and Bloomberg and then open the Live Channels app.
Then imagine if every app made themselves available as a source for the Live Channels app.
I'm a long time fan of the Chronus Clock forecast Pro widget! Love it on my main homescreen. I link the forecast to the premium weather network app and the clock links to premium my shift planner app I think it would be super helpful if there was more options for one tap linking to apps, such as if hours, minutes and date, could all link to different apps that would be great!
I like the weather network app in general for the city.

For rain, use the doppler radar feature. It shows which region of the city has rain and which one doesn't. You can scroll hour by hour to see when the drops are forecasted to fall. Like traffic reports, I check it an hour before leaving the house and a second time minutes before leaving the house to get an idea. I find the doppler is about 90% accurate for my needs. Interesting seeing the precipitation bands tonight... https://www.theweathernetwork.com/maps/radar-current-future?lat=49.2569&lng=-123.1126
Very handy for last minute urges for outdoor activities like cycling.
I'm pretty sure The Weather Network app does this in Canada
I use The Weather Network. I find it reliable.
