Sorry if this is a bit rambly, I'm having a meds rest day. I recently had to learn the theory test for lorries and found this app useful. The link is for the car version.

It lets you answer questions in random order and I just answered hundreds of questions until I knew the answers, instead of trying to actively learn it. Weight limits for lorries I wasn't ever going to drive was never going to be interesting, but aiming for 100% motivated my competitive side.
I aced the theory test, got practically full marks and did it in about a third of the time given. Then I failed the practical twice because I kept being impatient and pulled out "too soon" at roundabouts, my nerves made me second guess myself and my decisions were slower than they are normally. Anyway, good luck when you get to that stage.
I also find videos too slow. Youtube lets you speed them up. Sometimes that helps me.

I used this for a few days before the test, just repeat questons and tests until you know it all. Doesn't take long. To be hoenst its quite easy to pass once you do this.
I used this app for the theory test practise: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.deepriverdev.car.hpt
I did around 20 - 30 minutes practise per day in the 2 weeks leading up to the test and ended up getting 49/50 for the multiple choice. Many of the questions in the real test were identical to the ones in the app.
It also has a hazard perception section which is nice, as the hardest part about the hazard perception is not recognising the hazard, but knowing when it expects you to click (and not click). It explains the system pretty well.
