I found this android app for me it seems like a pretty good customizable simulator but not sure how to tune it for kyogre or if other settings are right would you suggest anything to make it more accurate ?

there is an Android app mentioned months ago. i think it might have been Throwing Practice for PoGO?

Been seriously considering creating something like this - a Pokemon Go "Training Dojo" of sorts. Here are some ideas I brainstormed:

 

Accuracy

• Simulate catches using GUCT and modifiers (ball, berry, curve, throw, badges)
• Use relevant values from GAME_MASTER (e.g. modelScale, diskRadius, cylinderRadius/Height/Ground, baseCaptureRate, fleeRate, collision radius/height/headRadius, movementTimer, jumpTime, attackTimer, attack/dodgeProbability, dodgeDuration, dodgeDistance, cameraDistance, min/maxActionFreq, etc.)
• Figure out exact constants for physics settings such as max spin, drag, curve amount, etc.

 

Unique Features

• Set training sessions (e.g. catching 5 Pidgeys with Curveball Excellents in 1 minute)
• Robust statistics by logging every miss (due to CR or aim) and catch

 

Considerations

• Use only dummy assets to avoid infringement
  • White balls with P/G/U to represent Pokeballs
  • Wooden dummies or targets to represent Pokemon
• Similar apps
  • This one is quite a nice sandbox but I haven't been able to nail down the proper physics settings
  • This one I haven't tried but it might be OK
  • This one is alright but the physics are still kind of off
