I recommend this, easy files management, cloud storage, precition aim when cutting an image, and converts the file directly to PDF. No problems since i downloaded it a year ago.

before I had a art tablet. i use to take pictures of my drawings. i would then open the image in paintdotnet. and trace using the line tool. the app to get on your phone for taking pictures or drawing:

this program is open source, and absolutely free. there is alot of fun plugins too, id suggests checking those out too.
