Most band programs in my area own one. Its an absolutely FANTASTIC tool!
There aren't really many other devices that can do it. The TonalEnergy app can do a few things like it, but its no harmony director.

My students always enjoyed Tonal Energy. You are able to set the transposition and it displays the letter name of the note, but not notation on a clef. Plus the green smiley face is surprisingly motivating, even for the most stubborn of high schoolers. There are also plenty of extended features for advanced performers. It currently costs $3.99, so that may be a hindrance.
Unfortunately, I haven’t used android in a couple of years and I’m not sure if there are any better apps for your needs.
Hey man, Im also a beginner, doing the same exercises as you and having similar problems. One app that I has helped me a ton is Tonal Energy Tuner. Its not free but omg its been so helpful with proper embouchure.
Among other things it has a tuner that will tell you if you are playing sharper or flatter than expected.

it has so many options. It’s amazing. You can change the tuning from Just to Equal for specific scales/chords, you can have it play unison, 3rd, or 5th above to help tune by ear to the chord. Super worth the 4 bucks.
I like tonalenergy with all the tuning and analysis capabilities it has
