Flashlight dev here. Yes. Some android apps have it baked in, even in the notification center. But most don't have widgets or extra modes.

I listed this before but am looking for more feedback since I fixed some issues.

Summary: Essentially, this is just 3 switches and a widget to control your camera LED. I cleaned the code, so it will be only a few Megabytes. The permissions consist of Camera (to control LED) and control Flashlight which is self-explanatory. There is also a 1x1 widget that you can add to your home screen to control the flashlight.
