I made it better with a calibration app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=apps.redpi.touchscreenrepair but basically it interchanges letters when typing and hence input lag and is overly sensitive you can trigger touch by holding the corners or brushing with your headphone cord or hang up by putting it in your trousers squat up/down its the most sensitive touch digitizer and worst touchscreen I ever had.
Some other solution/workaround could be installing https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=apps.redpi.touchscreenrepair&hl=en_GB
There's an app which can help this.
No idea how it works, but it does.

Everybody on the thread is mentioning how widespread it is, but after fully updating my phone and running this app, I have 0 issues.
Try calibrating the screen with the app from the link below. Maybe it can mitigate or solve the ghost touches on screen you are experiencing: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=apps.redpi.touchscreenrepair&hl=pt_BR&gl=US
I suggest trying this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=apps.redpi.touchscreenrepair

An user pointed it out on the sub a couple of days ago and boy, it does make a difference in response time (it's particularly noticeable when typing). I'm not sure what it does but give it a try

You can also install Samsung Smart Switch on a PC and try "software emergency recovery": https://www.samsung.com/ca/apps/smart-switch/
If none of that works, you can try a factory reset.
