Maybe you can try this plugin. It has a fingerprint gesture event usable as condition in profiles (swipe up/down/left/right): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.balda.touchtask
(Btw I've never used it)
No worries! I wonder if there's some kind of device restriction since it started automatically on my Note 20. You could try a macro plugin like TouchTask to automate tapping the start button.
Try this:
Profile: Clear From Recents (991)
Restore: no Notification: no
Application: Boost or Settings
Settings
Exit: Anon (993)
A1: App Info [ Package/App Name:last(1) Ignore Packages: Ignore Unlaunchable Apps:On Get All Details:Off ]
A2: Tasker Function [ Function:GetCurrentAppAndActivity() ]
A3: If [ %package !~ com.android.systemui ]
A4: Show Recents
A5: End If
A6: Read screen [ Configuration:Only visible: true Only clicable: true Text: Dismiss %app_na Timeout (Seconds):5 Continue Task After Error:On ]
A7: If [ %err !Set ]
A8: Actions [ Configuration:Action: Tap Method: Text Selection: Dismiss %app_name. Timeout (Seconds):5 Continue Task After Error:On ]
A9: End If
A10: Go Home [ Page:0 ]
Requires the TouchTask plugin.
Do you mean something like TouchTask or Fingerprint Scanner Tools ?
Yes. I dont see a difference between TouchTask and AutoInput only one is completely free and other is paid.
TouchTask by Marco Stornelli, he has ither usefull plugins too.

With help of this plugin a switch automatically between keyboard colors. It taps everything for me. You can choose what to tap trough coordinates choosen manually, you can select point on screen, it can identify button or menu by name, view id, too. Its great
There is my Flow. What it does is to take a screenshot every 8 seconds and using TouchTask's OCR plug-in it checks that image for certain words.
Then if any of those words are found, it will take a screenshot and send it via email.
It need <strong>TouchTask</strong>to work

There are several keys working, my phone is not rooted. TouchTask can generate swipes, too. At least with Pie. A10? Idk.
You may need to the run the adb tcpip
command on every TV start, not sure how adb modes work for TVs, so AutoInput
and possibly TouchTask might be better solutions.
If /u/one_more_time has a rooted device then the Run Shell actions could be used with "input" commands, and AutoInput (or TouchTask or whatever) wouldn't be needed. (i.e. Tasker on its own can do that.)
I assume you already gave Tasker / Touch Task the required Accessibility status on your device?
If you don't have Touch Task, here is the link on Google Play:

Also, make sure the button is actually getting recognized by Tasker or you will have no luck.
You can use free TouchTask plugin, it has OCR too.
TouchTask does the same, but for free 🙂
TouchTask](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.balda.touchtask) does the same, but for free 🙂
What about free plugin TouchTask?
You can use TouchTask plugin.
Or use TouchTask instead. Free and without ads. It can recognize when some text appears on your screen.
I haven't tested it but this plugin seems like it might be what you need

As workaround you can use TouchTask.
You can use the tasker plugin TouchTask, it's free and you don't need to pay for this feature.

This is a good replacement for AutoInput. I'm testing it now and it works to detect volume presses (actual volume key presses, not just changes in volume). It detects long presses as well, so we can add more triggers on the volume keys. It also does screen presses, and can touch any "text" you specify. It can read the screen and detect when specified text is present..So what was the notification you get from Spotify that you have to acknowledge? If it's something like a button that says "OK", you just have to make an action with TouchTask that will touch that text as well as a profile that will detect when that text is present. There is a lot to be done. Just private message me if you ever get around to messing with this and want to share ideas! no rush
Here is an updated Tasker backup using Touchtask to do long presses, it's much better. You will see where I left in the Task a spot to add actions for double presses too, I just chose not to have that doing anything for now. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ApJyXFhyJd117R4B3INsteIybdohr7tr/view?usp=drivesdk I had to leave the old method of detecting volume changes as screen off only method for music control, because Touchtask doesn't work with the screen off. So...only when the screen off and music playing, you can still skip stations with double taps.
And here is touchtask.. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1amPMxGI9LvnmZRdUVuZojFJRau4_a-zW/view?usp=drivesdk
I was trying to bypass the annoying swipe to unlock keyguard and was using autoinput for this as well, getting this error occasionally...
( xiaomy pocophone f1, problem was since android 8.1 & now 9)

There's a new possibly better plugin that does the job perfectly!
(though you do need to trigger it from tasker to auto unlock the screeen unlike autoinput where it does that as a standalone...)

btw it also does other stuff similar to autoinput, and I'm using Automate (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.llamalab.automate) instead of tasker which also has UI interaction capabilities built in

I prefer "TouchTask" rather than AutoInput. UI is better for me.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.balda.touchtask
There is an tutorial on YouTube, btw.
With Touch task , you can. (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.balda.touchtask) You give input to open spotify and maps with bluetooth on, then touch task does the rest
Tasker + this app
Maybe TouchTask can do it?
AutoTools has a power menu action.
EDIT: I meant AutoInput not AutoTools, sorry.
