I recommend trying out turf! When i feel the urge getting too strong i just grab my phone, some music and my bike on a turf run. It is a very social GPS based game that makes you move. It is so much fun and it is an awesome replacement to PMO. Not only is it healthy, i also get to work on my social skills when meeting up with other turfers :)

I really love TURF!

It is like conquest in the Battlefield games but in real life. The game is GPS based and there is a bunch if zones laying around in your town. You compete with other players trying to grab as many zones as possible. Depending och which and how many zones you have you will have a ticking score.

It is so much fun and a really social game.
